Հայկական եվրոբոնդերն ու թուրք-ադրբեջանական գումարները

Ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը երեկ հայտարարել է, որ 750 միլիոն եվրոյի չափով եվրոբոնդերն արդեն տեղաբաշխվել են։ Ընդ որում, 7․1 %-ով, ինչը սարսափելի բարձր թիվ է, և նման տոկոսադրույք աշխարհում գոյություն չունի, որ որևէ երկիր արտաքին պարտք վերցնի։

Մինչ ֆինանսների նախարարը փորձում է համոզել, որ այդ տոկոսադրույքն ամենևին էլ վատ չէ, հարկավոր է հասկանալ, թե ի՞նչ կառուցվածք ունեն այդ եվրոբոնդերը և ինչպե՞ս են շատ արագ տեղաբաշխվել։ Մասնավորապես, մեր տվյալներով, եվրոբոնդերի գնորդները հիմնականում անգլիացի և իբր նաև ներդրողներ են, որոնք միանգամից գնել են եվրոբոնդերի 70 %-ից ավելին։

Տևական ժամանակ մամուլում և փորձագիտական շրջանակներում կասկածներ են շրջանառվում, որ այդ գումարներն իրականում թուրքական և ադրբեջանական ծագում ունեցող գումարներ են, քաղաքական փողեր, որոնք տրվել են Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններին, որպեսզի վարչախումբը ծախսելու գումար ունենա, կարողանա ապահովել բյուջեն, այլապես տնտեսությունը շատ արագ կհայտնվի կոլապսի մեջ, իսկ դա արդեն վտանգում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը։

Բնականաբար թուրքական և ադրբեջանական հատուկ ծառայությունները գումարները միանգամից չէին կարող ներդնել Հայաստանում, ուստի և օգտվել են Անգլիայի օգնությունից, իսկ անգլիացիներն այս անգամ պարզապես ավելի բացահայտ են գործել, որովհետև Լոնդոնը միշտ էլ եղել է թուրք ադրբեջանական շահերի առաջ մղողն Արևմուտքում։
