Բնակիչ սպառողների համար արևային մարտկոցների տեղադրումը կթանկանա

էստոնական էլեկտրացանցի օպերատոր Elektrilevi ընկերությունը փոխել է իր գնային քաղաքականությունը էլեկտրացանցին միանալու համար, ուստի  տան վրա արևային մարտկոցների տեղադրումը կարող է թանկանալ: Եթե ​​նախկինում Elektrilevi-ն ծածկում էր միկրոարտադրողների միացման ծախսերի մի մասը, ապա մայիսից դա այլևս չի անի, գրում է err.ee–ն։

Մի քանի տարի առաջ կառավարությունը քննարկում էր, թե ինչպես միկրոարտադրողների համար ցանցին միանալը էժանացնել (մինչև 15 կՎտ հզորությամբ), բայց հիմա իրավիճակը փոխվել է։ Միացման վճարի նոր մեթոդաբանության համաձայն, որն ուժի մեջ կմտնի մայիսին, միկրոարտադրողները պետք է հոգան բոլոր ծախսերը, որոնք կապված են, օրինակ, տանիքին արևային մարտկոցների տեղադրման հետ:

«Այո, նախկինում Elektrilevi-ն կարողացել էր փոքր լրացուցիչ ֆինանսավորում գտնել նոր արևային արտադրողներին խթանելու համար: Այս տարի մենք քննադատաբար վերլուծեցինք, թե իրականում որքան գումար ունենք: Ամեն տարի մենք ստանում ենք մոտ 30-40 միլիոն եվրո ցանցի վճարներ, իսկ ցանցում ներդրումների կարիքը կազմում է 150-160 միլիոն եվրո», - բացատրել է Elektrilevi-ի խորհրդի անդամ Ռուդոլֆ Պենուն:

Մինչ այժմ միացման վճարները նույնպես կախված էին ծախսերից։ Բայց, եթե նախկինում Elektrilevi-ն ցանցային քարտի հաշվին կատարում էր միացման շատ ծավալուն աշխատանք, ապա այժմ հաճախորդն ինքը կվճարի ամեն ինչի համար։ «Արդեն կան բազմաթիվ ենթակայաններ, որոնք գտնվում են մեր ներկայիս հնարավորությունների սահմանին: Դա նշանակում է, որ նոր միացումների դեպքում լուրջ աշխատանք պետք է իրականացվի ցանցն ուժեղացնելու համար: Երբեմն դա արժե միլիոնավոր եվրոներ», - ասել է Պենուն:

Սակայն, ըստ մրցակցային վարչության ներկայացուցիչների, փողի պակասի մասին խոսակցությունները չեն համապատասխանում իրականությանը։ «Շահույթն այս տարի 161 միլիոն է: Հնարավոր չէ ասել, որ դրանք չկան: Իսկ անցյալ տարի՝ 2023 թվականին, 158 միլիոնն էր: Այստեղ պետք է պարզաբանել, որ դրա մոտ կեսը ցանցի վճարն է, մյուս կեսը միացնողների վճարն է: Այսպիսով, ընկերությունն ունի մեծ գումարներ, որոնք կարող է օգտագործել», - ասել է Margus Infrature Department of Energy-ի բաժնի ղեկավարը:

Արևային էներգիայի փորձագետ, Viru Elektrivõrgud-ի ղեկավար Անդրես Միեսակը նշել է, որ միկրոարտադրողների միացման ծախսերն անընդհատ աճում են։ Եվ եթե առաջին տարիներին պետությունը խրախուսում էր արևային պարկերի զարգացումը, ապա այժմ դրանց զարգացման մեջ ներգրավված մարդիկ վերածվել են արտադրողների, որոնք նույնպես պետք է աջակցեն ցանցին։

«Նրանց պետք էր ցանցը, հակառակ դեպքում նրանք չէին կարողանա իրենց արտադրած էներգիան հասցնել սպառողներին: Նրանց անհրաժեշտ էր ցանցը, բայց նրանք ստիպված չէին չափազանց շատ վճարել ծառայությունից օգտվելու համար: Այժմ կա պարադիգմային փոփոխություն. արտադրողները պետք է նպաստեն ցանցի զարգացմանը դրանից օգտվելու համար», - ասել է Միեսակը:
