Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանը օրինակ՝ Փաշինյանի այլ կամակատարների համար

Դատավոր Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանը կալանավորվել է։ Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը երեկ բավարարել է դատավորի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու և նրան ազատությունից զրկելու թույլտվության հարցով գլխավոր դատախազի միջնորդությունը։ Խորհուրդը նաև կասեցրել էր դատավորի լիազորությունները մինչև քրեական վարույթի ավարտը։ Իսկ այս դեպքին նախորդել էր կաշառք տալու, ստանալու և օժանդակելու դեպքի առթիվ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում նախաձեռնված վարույթի շրջանակներում դատավորին նիստերի դահլիճից դուրս հանելը, գետնին փռելն ու ձերբակալելը։ Գործով կալանավորվել են նաև 2 այլ անձինք՝ դատավորի մտերիմ ընկերն ու կաշառատուն։

Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանը, փաշինյանական իշխանության օրոք ամենատխրահռչակ դատավորներից մեկն էր, նա է բավարարել Միքայել Մինասյանին կալանավորելու որոշումը, քննել էր «Սասնա Ծռեր» զինված խմբի 14 անդամների գործը, բազմաթիվ իրավական ապօրինություններ էր գործել, հետապնդել իշխանության ընդդիմախոսներին, առանց աչք թարթելու կատարել իշխանության և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բոլոր քմահաճույքները։

Այս ամենը, սակայն, չէր կանգնեցրել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որը հանուն իր վարկանիշի փոքր-ինչ բարձրացման պատրաստ է զոհաբերել յուրաքանչյուրին, ով ծառայել է իրեն։ Գաբրիելյանի դեմ ապօրինի ծագում ունեցող գույքի բռնագանձման գործով վարույթ էին հարուցել, իսկ այժմ էլ նա օրեր է անցկացնելու կալանավայրում՝ մտածելով, թե ո՞ւր հասցրեց իրեն իշխանության նկատմամբ ծառայամտությունը։

Իսկ Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանի նկատմամբ կատարվողն իսկական ազդակ պետք է լինի Հայաստանի բոլոր դատավորների, իրավապահների պաշտոնյաների համար, որոնց թվում է, թե կարող են իշխանությանը ծառայելով, մեղքերի ինդուրգենցիա ստանալ, ընդհակառակը, հենց այդ մարդիկ են, որ առաջին հերթին հայտնվելու են Փաշինյանի թիրախում, որը երախտագիտության և շնորհակալության որևէ զգացում չունի, պատրաստ է զոհաբերել յուրաքանչյուրին։
