ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտը մասնակցել է CCF լավագույն գործատուների փառատոնին

«ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ընկերությունն ապրիլի 25-26-ին մասնակցել է Career City Fest 2K25 լավագույն գործատուների փառատոնին Մերիդիան էքսպո կենտրոնում։ Այս տարի փառատոնն իրականացվել է Բրենդի ուժը, արժեքներ, թիմ, արտադրանք կարգախոսով։

ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտը, որպես երկրի խոշորագույն ՏՏ ընկերություն, առաջատար դիրքեր է զբաղեցնում Հայաստանի աշխատաշուկայում և համարվում է վստահելի ու զարգանալու հնարավորություն առաջարկող գործատու։ ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտի տաղավարում այցելուները հնարավորություն են ունեցել ծանոթանալու ընկերության 50-ից ավելի ազատ հաստիքներին ՄՌԿ, ՏՏ, ֆինանսների, ադմինիստրատիվ և այլ բաժիններում։ Ի դեպ, ընկերությունն  այս տարի ներկայացել էր տարբերվող տաղավարով, որտեղ այցելուները հնարավորություն ունեին համտեսելու սուրճ և հյութեր, օգտվելու ձեռքերի մերսման ծառայությունից, ինչպես նաև պրոֆեսիոնալ լուսանկարահանում ունենալ իրենց  CV-ի կամ LinkedIn պրոֆիլի համար։ 

«ՍոֆթԿոնստրակտ» ընկերությունն անմասն չի մնացել նաև մասնագիտական քննարկումներից․ ընկերությունների խմբի ՄՌԿ տնօրեն Մարիա Կարապետյանը բանախոսությամբ հանդես է եկել «Փափուկ հմտություններ, բարդ հաղթանակներ․ Կարիերայի իրական գերուժը» թեմայով․ «Կարծում եմ այսօր բոլոր գործատուները միանշանակ հանգել են այն մտքին, որ թեև տեխնոլոգիաները և արհեստական բանականությունը միգուցե շատ կարևոր են, սակայն փափուկ հմտությունները ոչ պակաս կարևոր են և կարելի է ասել բարձրանում են առաջին շեմ», - ասել է նա։
