ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչը որոշակի գումարի դիմաց ստանձնել է Վայոց ձորի և Գեղարքունիքի մարզերի մի շարք բնակիչների վերաբերյալ բժշկական կեղծ փաստաթղթեր ձեռք բերելու և վերջիններիս պարտադիր ժամկետային զինվորական ծառայությունից ազատելու գործընթացը, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում հանցանքն ավարտին չի հասցրել, քանի որ բացահայտվել է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների կողմից:
