Ատելության խոսքի հետ կապված խնդիրը ՀՀ-ում ամենահրատապներից է, դրան բախվում եմ նաև ես. ՄԻՊ

«Այո՛, ատելության խոսքին բախվում եմ նաև ես, ատելության խոսքին բոլորս և յուրաքանչյուր խումբ բախվում է:  Որպես ՄԻՊ ես թիրախավորվում եմ սեռի հիմքով, թիրախավորվում եմ որպես կին: Նույնիսկ ատելության խոսքի տեսակներ են եղել, որոնք  տարածվել են պարունակելով էթնիկ հիմքով ատելության խոսք, բայց ուղղված են եղել նաև ինձ, մեր հաստատությանը: Շատ դեպքերում ատելության խոսք հնչեցնողները չեն էլ պատկերացնում, որ իրենց հնչեցրածը ատելության խոսք է  և այն որպես այդպիսին իրավաչափ չէ»,- լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՄԻՊ Անահիտ Մանասյանը:  

«Ատելության խոսքի  հետ կապված խնդիրը Հայաստանում միանշանակ ամենահրատապներից է:  Սա շատ բացասական երևույթ,  որ ինքնին  բազմաթիվ այլ խնդիրների և հանցագործությունների հիմք է հանդիսանում, մինչդեռ այսօր ՀՀ-ում այն բավականին մեծ տարածում ունի», - ընդգծեց Մանասյանը:  

Ըստ նրա, ՄԻՊ-ը պարբերաբար տարատեսակ խմբերի հետ իրականացնում է ատելության խոսքի կանխարգելմանն ուղղված բազմապիսի ծրագրեր, այդ թվում լրագրողների համար, հայտնեց, որ  կարևորում են լրագրողների մասնագիտական անխոչընդոտ աշխատանքը և նաև պետական մարմիններ-լրագրողների պատշաճ փոխգործակցությունը.«Լրագրողները շատ կարևոր դերակատարում ունեն, ինչպես  նշված բացասական երևույթների կանխարգելման համատեքստում, այնպես էլ կարող են դերակատարում ունենալ այդ խոսքի տարածման առումով»: 

Մեկ այլ լրագրողի հարցին, արդյոք արվում է մոնիթորինգ օրինակ ԱԺ-ում պատգամավորների և լրագրողների միջև միջադեպերի առնչությամբ և արդյոք դրանք պարունակում են ատելության խոսք, նա նշեց.«Ատելության խոսքի վերաբերյալ պատկերացումները մեր հասարակական միջավայրում այնքան էլ  պատշաճ չեն, որովհետև ցանկացած խոսք, որ ինչ-որ առումով կարող է բացասական թվալ,  դիտարկվում է որպես ատելության խոսք, մինչդեռ ատելության խոսքն ինքնին շատ այլ երևույթ է իրենից ենթադրում: Դիտարկում ենք, ոչ միայն ատելության խոսքի հետ կապված գործընթացները, այլ մշտադիտարկում ենք ցանկացած երևույթ, որը կարող է  շեղում հանդիսանալ լրագրողների  մասնագիտական անխոչընդոտ աշխատանքից: Դեպքեր ենք ունենում լրագրողների գործունեության առերևույթ խոչընդոտման հետ կապված, շատ կարևոր է, թե պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի նորմերի պահպանումը, թե լրագրողների կողմից էթիկայի պահպանումը»:
