Ներքին Խոտանան գյուղը եւս ունեցավ իր նոր վարչական շենքը

Համայնքի ղեկավար Գևորգ Փարսյանի որդեգրած քաղաքականության և գյուղերի համաչափ զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերի իրականացման արդյունքում համայնքի կարևոր հիմնախնդիրներից ևս մեկը լուծում ստացավ։ Այսօր՝ ապրիլի 19-ին, տեղի ունեցավ Ներքին Խոտանանի նոր վարչական շենքի բացման պաշտոնական արարողությունը, որը, գյուղացիների խոսքով, երկար սպասված և անհրաժեշտ նվեր էր։

Նորակառույց շենքի բացումն ազդարարել են Կապան համայնքի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Մարատ Հարությունյանը և Ներքին Խոտանան գյուղի վարչական ղեկավար Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանը՝ կտրելով խորհրդանշական կարմիր ժապավենը։

Գյուղացիներին մատուցվող ծառայությունների որակի բարձրացման տեսանկյունից շենքի կառուցումը առաջնային նշանակություն ուներ, քանի որ նախկին շենքը գտնվում էր վթարային վիճակում և արդեն չէր ծառայում իր նպատակին։ Այդուհանդերձ, գյուղն այսօր ունի ամբողջովին նոր կառուցված ու վերանորգված շենք, որտեղ ստեղծված են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր պայմանները թե՛ աշխատակիցների հարմարավետ և արդյունավետ աշխատանքը կազմակերպելու, թե՛ ակումբ-գրադարան՝ երիտասարդների ու մեծահասակների առօրյան հետաքրքիր և հագեցած դարձնելու համար։

Տոնական օրը իրենց անկեղծ ու ջերմ կատարումներով՝ հայրենասիրական երգերով, պարով ու բանաստեղծություններով հիշարժան են դարձրել գյուղի պատանիները։

Շենքի կառուցումն ու տարածքի բարեկարգումը իրականացվել է 2022 թվականի սուբվենցիոն ծրագրի շրջանակում՝ համայնք-կառավարություն համաֆինանսավորմամբ՝ 43 մլն 153 հազար դրամ ներդրմամբ, որում համայնքի համաֆինանսավորման չափը կազմել է 17 մլն 261 հազար դրամ։ Իսկ գույքի ձեռքբերման հարցում համայնքին աջակցել է «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը։
