«ՍԱՍ»-ի Արտակը դատի է տվել նորահայտ օլիգարխ Նարեկ Նալբանդյանին

Երկու խոշոր սուպերմարկետների ցանցերի միջև դատական վեճ է ծագել: Հայցվորը «ՍԱՍ գրուպն» է, որը «Ծիրանից» պահանջում է մոտ 35,5 մլն դրամ: Ըստ հայցի, այդքան է կազմում «ՍԱՍ- գրուպ» ՍՊԸ կողմից «Ծիրանին» մատակարարված ապրանքների ընդհանուր արժեքը: Ըստ հայցվորի, այդքան է կազմում «Ծիրանի» պարտքը:  

«Հրապարակ»-ը «ՍԱՍ գրուպի» տնօրենի խորհրդական Կարեն Սահակյանին է զանգել, խնդրելով պարզաբանել խնդիրը: «Ի՞նչ անհասկանալի բան կա, երկու առևտրային կազմակերպություններ կարող են իրար ապրանքներ մատակարարել», - ասաց նա եւ հրաժարվեց խոսել բուն պահանջից, պատճառաբանելով, թե տեղյակ չէ մանրամասներին:

Հիշեցնենք՝ «Ծիրան» ապրանքանիշը, որի ներքո գործում է ընդհանուր թվով 22 սուպերմարկետ, փետրվարից նոր սեփականատեր ունի: Ցանցը ձեռք է բերել գործարար Նարեկ Նալբանդյանը` նոր իշխանությունների աճեցրած գործարարը, որը բավականին մեծ կարողության տեր է դարձել վերջին տարիներին, այդ թվում` ձեռք բերեց Ծաղկաձորի «Գոլդեն փելես» հյուրանոցային համալիրը: Իսկ ՍԱՍ-ը պատկանում է ՀՀԿ-ական նախկին պատգամավոր Արտակ Սարգսյանին, որը նույնպես վատ հարաբերություններ չի կառուցել 2018-ից հետո իշխանության եկած խմբի հետ:
