Կանխվել է մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված ծխախոտի խոշոր խմբաքանակի ներմուծման փորձ (տեսանյութ)

ՀՀ պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն շարունակում է հետևողական պայքարը ստվերային տնտեսության, հարկերից խուսափելու և մաքսային իրավախախտումների դեմ՝ կանխելով հարկային չարաշահումները, որոնք վնասում են ինչպես պետության, այնպես էլ՝ օրինապահ գործարար համայնքի շահերը։ Հայտնում են ՊԵԿ-ից:

ՊԵԿ ներքին անվտանգության վարչություն օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ ԻԻՀ-ից մուտք գործող բեռնատարում առկա է մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված ապրանք:  Պետական սահմանի ցամաքային անցման կետերում մաքսային սպասարկման և հսկողության վարչության «Ագարակ» սահմանային անցման կետում ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ա.Վ.-ի կողմից շահագործվող  «KAMAZ» մակնիշի բեռնատար մեքենան ենթարկվել է զննության:  

Արդյունքում, տրանսպորտային միջոցի  բեռնախցիկի կողային և դիմային պատերին հատուկ հարմարեցված թաքստոցներից, մեքենայում առկա բեռի տակ  հայտնաբերվել է մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված` տարբեր տեսակի 7300 տուփ ծխախոտ:   Ոչ օրինական ճանապարհով ծխախոտի ներմուծման փորձը կանխվել է, իսկ հայտնաբերված ծխախոտներն առգրավվել են:  

Կազմվել է մաքսային կանոնների խախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն` համաձայն «Մաքսային կանոնների մասին» օրենքի 313-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշների։

Դեպքին առնչվող  նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ ՊԵԿ իրավաբանական վարչություն` հետագա ընթացքն ուսումնասիրելու նպատակով։
