Wildberries-ը հայտարարություն է տարածել

Լրատվամիջոցներում Wildberries մարքեթփլեյսի առաքման հետ կապված հրապարակումների առնչությամբ հայտնում ենք հետևյալը․

առաքման ծառայության վճարը նախկինում ևս եղել է, պարզապես այն ներառված էր ապրանքի ընդհանուր արժեքի մեջ։ Թափանցիկության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու նպատակով, ընկերությունը որոշում է կայացրել առաքման արժեքը ներկայացնել  առանձին տողով։ Սա օգնում է ինչպես տեղական, այնպես էլ միջազգային գնորդներին ավելի հստակ պատկերացում կազմել, թե ինչի համար են վճարում՝ տեսնելով առանձին ապրանքի և առաքման արժեքները։

Այս մասին նշված է ընկերության տարածած պարզաբանման մեջ։

«Կարևոր ենք համարում ընդգծել, որ առաքման արժեքի առանձին ցուցադրումը ոչ մի կերպ չի ազդում պատվերի վերջնական գումարի վրա։ Ընդհանուր գումարը, որը վճարում է հաճախորդը, մնացել է նույնը՝ պարզապես այժմ այն բաժանված է ապրանքի և առաքման արժեքների։ Այս փոփոխությունը չի նշանակում ապրանքի թանկացում, այլ միտված է ապահովելու առավել թափանցիկ գների ներկայացում։

Առաքման արժեքը կախված է մի շարք գործոններից՝ ապրանքի չափսերից, քաշից, ինչպես նաև փոխադրման եղանակից՝ օդային, ցամաքային կամ այլ։ Մենք անում ենք առավելագույնը, որպեսզի առաքումը լինի արագ, հարմարավետ և վստահելի։

Wildberries-ը մշտապես ձգտում է ստեղծել հավասար պայմաններ ինչպես գնորդների, այնպես էլ վաճառողների համար։ Այդ իսկ պատճառով հարթակում պարբերաբար տեղի են ունենում փոփոխություններ՝ միտված ի շահ բոլոր  կողմերի»,-հայտնում են Wildberries-ից։
