Աժիոտաժ կա, եթե իմանայի այսպիսի ծրագիր կա, ես էլ անհուսալի վարկ ունենայի, բոլոր գործերս կթողնեի, կդիմեի. Փաշինյան (տեսանյութ)

Նախագծով առաջարկվում է երկրորդ եռամսյակում վճարումներ կատարելու համար հատկացնել 209 միլիոն դրամ։ Հիշեցնեմ, որ միջոցառման շրջանակում աջակցություն է տրվում այն վարկառու ֆիզիկական անձանց, որոնց բոլոր վարկերը երեք և ավելի տարի դասակարգված է անհուսալի դասով և միևնույն ժամանակ մայր գումարի գծով պարտավորությունը կամ պարտավորությունները չի գերազանցում մեկ միլիոն դրամը։ Աջակցությունը տրվում է շահառուի աշխատավարձից հաշվարկված եկամտային հարկ  գումարի 100%ի չափով, որն ուղղվում է անհուսալի վարկային պարտավորության մարմանը։ Այս մասին կառավարության նիստում ասաց զեկուցող Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Տաթևիկ Ստեփանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով անհուսալի վարկ ունեցող անձանց տրվող աջակցության ծրագրին:

«Աջակցությունը տրամադրվում է առավելագույնը 24 ամիս ժամկետով, սկսած շահառու ճանաչվելուն հաջորդող ամսվա մեկից, բայց ոչ ավել, քան անհուսալի վարկի ամբողջական մարումը։ Այս պահի դրությամբ դիմել և դիմումը բավարարվել է 3,594 անձի համար։ Մարտ ամսին վճարվել է փետրվարին դիմաց և հաստատված թվով 1,896 անձի համար աջակցություն, որի դրամական չափը կազմում է 70 միլիոն դրամ, մարտին դիմել շահառու է դարձել ևս 1,072 անձ», - ասաց Ստեփանյանը:

«Հիմա այստեղ պետք է հասկանանք, լավ, մի ամսում օրինակ, մարդը, ով անհուսալի վարկ ունի երեք տարի և լսում է, որ այդպիսի ծրագիր կա, ես որ այդպես լինեի, բոլոր գործերը կթողնեի, կգնայի, կդիմեի, որ արագ  այդ պատմությունից ազատվեմ», - վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով աջակցության ծրագրին:

Ստեփանյանի խոսքով՝ ապրիլի յոթի դրությամբ կատարած վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս համադրումների իրենց  ցանկերը. «Շահառուներից 680-ը առաջին անգամ են մտել աշխատաշուկա, այսինքն, նրանք նախորդող ամիս չեն ունեցել ֆորմալ զբաղվածություն, սա 22%-ն է մեր թվային ցուցանիշների մեջ, հետևաբար կարծում եմ՝ լավ ցուցանիշ ունենք», -եզրափակեց փոխնախարարը:
