Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը համաձայնության է եկել Փաշինյանի հետ

Ազգային ժողովի պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, Արցախյան 44–օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի գործերը վերջին օրերին բավական լավ են գնում, վերջինս թեպետ լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի խմբակցությունում, և առնվազն խմբակցության զգալի մասը ցանկանում է Քոչարյանին հեռացնել իր պաշտոնից և պատժել լկտի և սանձարձակ վարքի համար, ըստ երևույթին, նրան հաջողվել է կոմպրոմիսի գալ հենց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։

Նախօրեին Քոչարյանը հայտարարել է, թե քննիչ հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը կհրապարակվի սեպտեմբերին։ «Դա կլինի սեպտեմբերի 27-ին հաջորդող խորհրդարանական նստաշրջանի առաջին կամ երկրորդ օրը։ Սեպտեմբերի 27-ը շաբաթ օր է, հետևաբար կամ սեպտեմբերի 30-ին կամ դրա հաջորդ օրը լիագումար նիստում Աժ նախագահը հարցը կներառի խորհրդի նիստում ու վերջնական օրը կորոշվի»,- նշել է Քոչարյանը։ Հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը վաղուց արդեն պատրաստ է, գտնվում է հենց Քոչարյանի չհրկիզվող պահարանում, դրա մի քանի օրինակներ էլ ուղարկվել են դատախազություն, ԱԱԾ` համապատասխան քրեական վարույթներ հարուցելու համար։

Փաստացի Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը կարողացել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին համոզել, որ առանց իրեն այդ զեկույցը ներկայացնելն անհնար կլինի, բացի այդ, զգալի և զգայուն տեղեկատվության է տիրապետում, և այժմ իր հարցերը «գեղավարի» կարգով լուծելու դեպքում կարող է իշխանությունը խնդիրներ ունենալ։ Այս առումով ուշագրավ է նաև այն, որ եթե հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը հրապարակվում է արդեն սեպտեմբերին, Ազգային ժողովի արտահերթ ընտրություններ չեն անցկացվի, և հերթական ընտրությունները տեղի կունենան 2026 թվականի մայիսին, ինչպես և նախանշված են։

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրում» ամեն ինչ փորձում են անել հենց ընտրությունները մինչև հերթական ընտրությունների օր ձգելու համար։ Ընդ որում, պատճառը զուտ բացարձակ մերկանտիլ է։ Եթե խորհրդարանի պատգամավորները կարողանան պաշտոնավարել ողջ ընթացքում, ապա նույնիսկ եթե պատգամավոր չլինեն, հետագայում ամբողջ կյանքում բավական բարձր թոշակ են ստանալու պետությունից, և, ըստ երևույթին, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին հասել են քպականների այդ ցանկությունները, վերջինս էլ որևէ կերպ չի կարողանում գնալ արտահերթ ընտրությունների։
