Ղարաբաղյան շարժումը շարունակելու ցանկացած փորձ կործանարար է Հայաստանի պետականության համար. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան (տեսանյութ)

1980-ականների վերջին Հայաստանի անկախության գաղափարը գեներացվել է ոչ թե հանուն անկախության ու պետականության, այլ հանուն Ղարաբաղի խնդրի լուծման: Այս մասին Աժ-ում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Այսինքն, մենք անկախ պետություն ստեղծել ենք ոչ թե ավելի լավ կյանքի, այլ Ղարաբաղի հարցի համար: Քաղաքական իրողություն է սա, ինչը հաստատվում է հետազոտություններով: 1989-ին անկախության գաղափարը գերակշռել է այն բանի արդյունքում, որ Ղարաբաղ կոմիտեն կորցրել է ԽՍՀՄ իրավակարգի շրջանակում Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծելու հույսը և ինչպես ասել է Ղարաբաղ կոմիտեի առաջնորդներից մեկը՝ անկախությունը հարկավոր է Ղարաբաղի հարցը լուծելու համար»,- ասաց նա:

Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ, իհարկե, անկախության հռչակումից ու ձեռքբերումից հետո պետականության կայացման օրակարգը գոյոթյուն է ունեցել միշտ, բայց շուրջ 30 տարի մենք կառուցել ենք պետության մի մոդել, որը հիմնականում և առավելապես նվիրված է  եղել Ղարաբաղի հարցի լուծմանը:

«Սա չեմ ասում որպես քննադատություն, այլ ասում եմ որպես իրողություն, որովհետև մենք բոլորս կամ մեծամասնությունս հաշտ ենք եղել այդ մոդելի և նպատակադրման հետ: Ինքս էլ հաշտ եմ եղել այդ մոդելի հետ, մինչև այն պահը, երբ որպես ՀՀ վարչապետ, փաստերին ու տեղեկություններին հասանելիություն ստանալուն զուգընթաց, կամաց-կամաց, քայլ-քայլ, սկզբից աղոտ, ապա առարկայորեն հասկացել եմ՝ եթե մեզ համար անկախությունը, պետականությունը միջոց են Ղարաբաղի հարցի մեր պատկերացրած լուծման համար, մի շարք արտաքին դերակատարների համար Ղարաբաղի հարցը միջոց է մեր անկախությունը, պետականությունը, զարգացումը բարեկեցեությունը թույլ չտալու, ապա և մեր պետականությանը վերջ դնելու համար:

Այդ վերջնանպատակի իրագործումը մեկնարկած է եղել արդեն 2018 թվականին և եզրափակիչ փուլ մտավ 20-ի սեպտեմբերին: Գագաթնակետին հասավ 2021 թվականի մայիսին և այդ վերջնանպատակը գործակիցներ ունի նաև Հայաստանում: Այդ գործակիցները կարծում են, որ Ղարաբաղի հարցն է կարևոր և ոչ թե անկախությունն ու պետականությունը»,- հայտարարեց նա:

Նրա խոսքով՝ այսօր գաղափարական այս դարակազմիկ բախման երկրորդ արարն է տեղի ունենում: «Կառավարող մեծամասնությունը, անձամբ ես ասում եմ՝ Ղարաբաղյան շարժումը շարունակելու ցանկացած փորձ կործանարար է, որովհետև այն եղել ու լինելու է գործիք Հայաստանի պետությունը, անկախությունը, ինքնիշխանությունը թույլ չտալու համար: Մենք սա, ցավոք, շատ ուշ ենք հասկացել: Ընդդիմությունն, ըստ էության, ասում է՝ Հայաստանի պետականությունը մի նպատակ ու իմաստ է ունեցել և ունի՝ Ղարաբաղյան շարժում, Ղարաբաղի հարց, ուրեմն ղարաբաղյան շարժումը պետք է շարունակել անկախ նրանից, թե դա ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա»,- ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Նա շեշտեց, որ 2018 թվականի ոչ բռնի, թավշյա հեղափոխությամբ Հայաստանի կառավարման ղեկին հայտնված քաղաքական թիմը դաժան փորձությունների ու հարվածների տարափի ներքո, ինտուիցիա ու արիություն է ցուցաբերել՝ կարողանալով քայլ առ քայլ, կտոր-կտոր առերեսվել այն փաստի հետ, որ Ղարաբաղյան շարժումը օբյեկտիվորեն վաղուց ավարտվել է, և այն շարունակելու մեր հավաքական ջանքը ընդամենն օգտագործվում է Հայաստանի՝ առանց այն էլ թուլացած անկախությանն ու պետականությանը վերջ դնելու համար:
