Արցախցիների բողոքն ուզում են վերահսկել Սամվել Բաբայանի միջոցով

Օրերս կայացել է Արցախի Ազգային ժողովի նիստ, որտեղ ընդունվել է սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծը, համաձայն որի ապահովում է պետական ինստիտուտների շարունակականությունը։ Ուշագրավ է, որ նիստին մասնակցել է Արցախի ԱԺ 33 պատգամավորներից 30–ը, այսինքն` բոլորը, ովքեր գտնվում են Հայաստանում, և նախագիծն ընդունվել է միաձայն։

Մի կողմից ուշագրավ է, որ Արցախի պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատար Սամվել Բաբայանի գլխավորած խմբակցությունը ևս մասնակցել է այս նիստին, ինչը վկայում է, որ գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, չափազանց մտահոգ են Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների շարունակականությամբ։ Մինչ «Միասնական հայրենիքը» կողմ է քվեարկում այս որոշմանը, մյուս կողմից էլ փորձում են արցախցիների մեջ նոր պառակտում սերմանել։ Մասնավորապես, երեկ բողոքի ակցիա է տեղի ունեցել Արցախի ներկայացուցչության դիմաց։ Հավաքված մոտ 2 տասնյակ անձինք, որոնք հիմնականում եղել են Բաբայանի կողմնակիցները, պահանջներ են ներկայացրել Սամվել Շահրամանյանին։

Ակնհայտորեն փաշինյանական իշխանությունը ցանկանում է Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտները հանձնել Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի նախկին հրամանատարին` այդ կերպ պահելով իր վերահսկողության տակ, մյուս կողմից էլ Արցախի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաները բավարար ջանքեր չեն գործադրում արցախցիների սոցիալական ապահովության և այլ թեմաները քաղաքական հարթություն տեղափոխելու մեջ։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, իշխանությունները հատուկ ծառայությունների միջոցով բավականին լուրջ ազդեցություն ունեն այդ պաշտոնյաների վրա, ընդհուպ սպառնալիքներով պահանջում են հեռու մնալ հարցը քաղաքականացնելուց։

Տասնյակ 1000–ավոր արցախցիների ակտիվությունն իրենց սոցիալական վիճակը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ բավականին մտահոգում է Փաշինյանին, մյուս կողմից էլ ԱԱԾ-ի, ոստիկանության, ինչպես նաև արցախցիների շարքերում ներդրված ականների միջոցով փորձում է իր վերահսկողության տակ պահել հնարավոր զարգացումները։ Ավելին, Բաբայանը, օգտվելով Փաշինյանի հետ ունեցած անձնական մտերմությունից, ցանկանում է իր ձեռքը վերցնել Արցախի իշխանությունը, օրինակ` չի բացառվում, որ որոշվի, որ հենց նրան ընտրեն Արցախի նախագահ՝ Սամվել Շահրամանյանի փոխարեն։
