ԱրարատԲանկ․ բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորում մինչև 35% cashback-ի հնարավորությամբ

Կանաչ նախաձեռնությունների և մրցունակության խթանման պայմանագրի շրջանակներում ԱրարատԲանկը ՎԶԵԲ-ի հետ հանդես է գալիս բիզնես վարկի/լիզինգի նոր առաջարկներով։  

Էներգաարդյունավետ գործելաոճ, վերականգնվող էներգետիկա և տրանսպորտային միջոցների ձեռքբերմանն ուղղված ներդրումներ՝ ՎԶԵԲ-ի հետ համագործակցության շրջանակում բիզնես վարկը/լիզինգը տրամադրվում է 10,000-ից մինչև 3,000,000  եվրո, կամ համարժեք ԱՄՆ դոլար և ՀՀ դրամ։ Վարկը/լիզինգը տրամադրվում է մինչև 35% միանվագ հետվճարի (cashback-ի) հնարավորությամբ:  

Վարկառուները՝ կանաչ տեխնոլոգիաներ արտադրողներ, մատակարարներ կամ ծառայություն մատուցողներ են՝ մեր երկրում գրանցված և գործունեություն իրականացնող իրավաբանական անձինք, անհատ ձեռնարկատերեր ու գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտում գործունեություն ծավալող ֆիզիկական անձինք։ 

«ԵՄ-ն բիզնեսի համար» (EU4Business) նախաձեռնություն – ՎԶԵԲ վարկային գիծ ծրագրի շրջանակում վարկի/լիզինգի նպատակը հիմնական միջոցների ձեռքբերումն է՝ տրանսպորտային միջոցներ, գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկա և սարքավորումներ, ինչպես նաև շինարարական աշխատանքների իրականացում (բացառությամբ բազմաբնակարան շենքերի)։ Վարկի նպատակներից մեկն է նաև հիմնական միջոցների ձեռքբերումից առաջացած կրեդիտորական պարտքի մարումը։ Հետվճար տրամադրվում է վարկի գումարի մինչև 15%-ի չափով։ 

Վարկառուներին տրամադրվում է հավելյալ 

  • 20% հետվճար, եթե վարկառուն Արցախի Հանրապետությունից Հայաստան է տեղափոխվել 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 27-ից մինչև 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 23-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում և ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից սահմանված կարգով կարող է համարվել տեղահանվածների աջակցության որևէ ծրագրի շահառու։ 
  • 15% հետվճար, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան 60,000 եվրոյին համարժեք ՀՀ դրամ տրամադրվում է, եթե առնվազն վերջին 6 ամսվա ընթացքում վարկառուի գրանցված աշխատակիցների նվազագույնը 10%-ը կամ 10 անձը հանդիսանում են «տեղահանվածներ»։ 

GEFF ծրագրի շրջանակում տրամադրվող վարկային ներդրումների շրջանակը լայն է՝  արևային կայաններից մինչև էլեկտրոմոբիլներ․․․

Կանաչ վարկերի եւ կանաչ տնտեսության ներդրումների նպատակն է ապահովել նվազագույնը 20% էներգախնայողություն, ինչպես նաև ջերմոցային գազերի արտանետումների կրճատում կամ ռեսուրսախնայողություն (ներառյալ ջրօգտագործման, նյութերի կիրառման/թափոնի առաջացման կրճատում)։ Տնտեսվարողների կողմից ձեռք բերվող հիմնական միջոցները պետք է ներառված լինեն GEFF-ի Կանաչ տեխնոլոգիաների ցանկում՝ ապահովելով երկարաժամկետ ֆինանսական և բնապահպանական օգուտներ, որոնք ստեղծում են լայն հեռանկարներ բիզնեսի համար: Հիմնական միջոցների ձեռքբերումից զատ՝ վարկավորման նպատակներից են նաև շրջանառու միջոցների համալրումը և առևտրային/ոչ բնակելի շենքերի, կայանների վերազինումն ու վերակառուցումը։   

Հետվճար է տրամադրվում վարկի գումարի մինչև 15%-ի չափով՝ արևային ՖՎ կայանների, արևային ջրատաքացուցիչների, էլեկտրական տրանսպորտային միջոցների լիցքավորման ենթակառուցվածքների, արևային մարտկոցների, իսկ վարկի գումարի մինչև 10%-ի չափով՝ էլեկտրոմոբիլների ձեռքբերման դեպքում։
