«Իշխանությունը ստում է, մեղադրել Շահրամանյանին, որ ինքն Արցախը լուծարեց, ուղղակի ծիծաղելի է»․ Ավետիք Չալաբյան

«Այս շարժումն առաջին հերթին պետք է կենտրոնանա արցախցիների իրավունքների վերականգնման վրա։ Դա Արցախ վերադարձի իրավունքն է, արժանապատիվ եւ անվտանգ կյանքի իրավունքն է, գերիների վերադարձի, ունեցվածքի վերականգնման իրավունքն է։ Մնացած բոլոր խնդիրները, որոնք վերաբերում են սոցիալական հարցերին, միջանկյալ ընթացիկ հարցեր են, դրանք երբեւիցե չպետք է ներկայացվեն որպես գլխավոր։ Ոչ, գլխավորը Արցախ վերադարձի իրավունքն է»,- Արցախցիների իրավունքների պաշտպանության խորհրդի անդամների հետ հանդիպումից հետո ասաց «ՀայաՔվե» նախաձեռնության համակարգող Ավետիք Չալաբյանը։ Նա հիշեցրեց, որ գործող իշխանության կողմից ընդունված կառավարության 2021 թվականի ծրագրով Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի պաշտպանությունը սահմանված է որպես կառավարության ծրագրի առանցքային մաս։ Եվ կառավարությունը ծրագրի այդ մասը տոտալ ձախողել է։ «Ուստի, մենք կարծում ենք, որ այն կառավարությունը, որն իր ծրագրի առանցքային խնդիրը ձախողել է, իրավունք չունի շարունակել պաշտոնավարել այնպես, կարծես ոչ մի բան տեղի չի ունեցել։ Նրանք իրենք պետք է հրաժարական տան, գնան նոր ընտրությունների եւ նոր մանդատ ստանան։ Մենք էլ՝ որպես քաղաքական ուժեր, պետք է հնարավորություն ունենանք այդ պայմաններում գալ ու այլ բան առաջարկել եւ մեր ժողովրդին հնարավորություն տանք ընտրելու՝ մեր ժողովուրդն ի՞նչ է ուզում, ուզո՞ւմ է Արցախի համար պայքարը շարունակել, թե՞ համաձայն է գործող վարչակարգի հետ, որ Արցախի էջը փակված է։ Մենք համոզված ենք, որ մեր ժողովուրդը դեմ է դրան, ճնշող մեծամասնությունը համարում է, որ Արցախի համար պայքարը դա մեր ինքնության առանցքային մաս է, եւ պետք է այդ պայքարը շարունակվի։ Ուստի, գործող իշխանությանը ես խորհուրդ կտայի վերջ տալ այս հիմարությունները դուրս տալ, որ Արցախի հարցը լուծված է»,- ասաց նա։ Չալաբյանը հավելեց․ «Եթե դուք հեռանաք, շանս է բացվելու, որ Արցախի հայ բնակչությունը կվերադառնա իրենց տները, կապրի անվտանգ, արժանապատիվ կյանքով, եւ Արցախը կվերահայացվի։ Եթե դուք մնաք, այդ շանսը փակված է մնալու, դա ակնհայտ է»։

Անդրադառնալով ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի հայտարարությանը, թե Արցախը հայկական պահելու համար այս իշխանությունը բոլոր ջանքերը գործադրել է, Չալաբյանն ասաց․ «Այդ հայտարարությունը մեկնաբանում եմ որպես սուտ, որովհետեւ եթե իրենք ամեն ինչ արած լինեին, արցախցիները հիմա կապրեին Արցախում՝ անվտանգ եւ արժանապատիվ կյանքով, ինչպես նրանք ապրում էին մինչեւ այս վարչախմբի իշխանության գալը։ Բոլոր իրենց գործողությունները բերել էին նրան, որ Արցախը շրջափակման մեջ էր, Արցախը հոգեվարքի մեջ էր, եւ Արցախում հենց իրենց կողմից աջակցվող նախագահը հրաժարական տվեց՝ հասկանալով, որ այլեւս չի կարողանում այդ իրավիճակի վրա ազդել։ Դրանից հետո տեղի ունեցավ Արցախի օկուպացիան Ադրբեջանի կողմից։ Մեղադրել մի մարդու, որն ընդամենը մեկ շաբաթ իր վրա ստանձնել է պարտավորություն այդ քաոսը կառավարելու, նրա մեջ, որ ինքն Արցախը լուծարեց, ուղղակի ծիծաղելի է։ Եվ սա եւս մեկ անգամ փաստում է, որ այս իշխանությունը մշտապես փորձում է ջրից չոր դուրս գալ, մեղադրել բոլորին համատարած, բացի իրենցից»։
