2018 թվականի հեղափոխությունը բյուջեի աճին նոր տեմպ է տվել, պետբյուջեն 4.2 մլրդ դոլար հավելյալ մաքուր հեղափոխական եկամուտ ունի. Փաշինյան

2018 թվականի ժողովրդական ոչ բռնի թավշյա հեղափոխոթյունից հետո միայն 2024-ի արդյունքներով ՀՀ պետբյուջեի եկամուտներն ավելի քան կրկնապատկվել են՝ ավելանալով 1.3 տրլն դրամով, սա այսօրվա փոխարժեքով ավելի քան 3.3 մլրդ դոլար է:

Այս մասին ԱԺ-ում 2024 թվականի բյուջեի կատարողականը ներկայացնելիս ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«2018 թվականի հեղափոխությունը բյուջեի աճին նոր տեմպ է տվել: Բոլոր միջինացված թվերը հանած՝ միայն հեղափոխության բերած տեմպի շնորհիվ ՀՀ պետբյուջե 2018-2024 թվականը լրացուցիչ մուտք է  եղել ավելի քան 1 տրլն 684 մլրդ դրամ կամ 4.2 մլրդ դրամ»,- ասաց նա:

Փաշինյանի խոսքով՝ սա այն գումարն է, որ պետբյուջե մուտք է եղել նախորդող շրջանի 2011-2017 թթ բյուջեի աճի միջինացված թվերից ավելի:

«Այսինքն, հետհեղափոխական տարիների ընթացքում ՀՀ պետբյուջե մուտք է եղել հավելյալ 4.2 մլրդ դոլար: Այս թվի մեջ ներառված չէ պետական պարտքը, այս թվի մեջ չեմ ներառել նաև «Հայաստան համահայկական հիմանդրամ»-ի կողմից 2020 թվականին պետբյուջեին փոխանցված գբւմարները. Այսինքն, խոսքը բյուջեի մաքուր հեղափոխական եկամտի մասին է: Սա ասում եմ նաև այն քննադատություններին ի պատասխան, թե մեր կառավարությունը հեղափոխությամբ եկավ իշխանության և մոռացավ թալանածը հետ բերելու խոստումը, բա այս 4.2 մլրդ դոլարը օդի՞ց է ընկել, սիրելի ժողովուրդ»,- հավելեց վարչապետը:
