Հայաստանը կարող է նորովի դիրքավորվել պղնձի համաշխարհային շուկայում․ փորձագետ

Գլոբալ առումով պղնձի վերամշակման արդյունաբերությունը, հատկապես Չինաստանում հումքի`  պղնձի  խտանյութի սղության  պատճառով կանգնած է մեծ ճգնաժամի առաջ։ Այս խնդիրը սկսվել էր 2024 թվականի կեսերին և շարունակվում է սրվել:  Ներկայում  հանքարդյունաբերությունը չի կարողանում  ապահովել  բավարար քանակությամբ պղնձի կոնցենտրատ՝ մշակող գործարանների պահանջարկը բավարարելու համար։ Այս միտումը, կարծես, շարունակվելու է նաև հաջորդ տարիների ընթացքում, քանի որ առկա նախագծերը չեն կարող ավելացնել պղնձի կոնցենտրատի արդյունահանման ծավալները։

Ըստ Հայ-կանադական հանքարդյունաբերական միության ներկայացուցիչ, ներդրող Սրաբ Օրթլանդի՝ հումքի պակասի պատճառով  աշխարհում մետաղամշակման և ձուլման  մի շարք ձեռնարկություններ  ուղղակի կփակվեն։ Սրա հետևանքով կսրվի պղնձի մատակարարման ճգնաժամը և կհանգեցնի պղնձի գների հետագա աճին։

Անդրադառնալով համաշխարհային այս միտումներին՝ Օրթլանդը կարծում է, որ Քաջարանն ունենալով պղնձի նշանակալի  հանքային պաշարներ՝ կարող է կտրուկ ավելացնել իր ազդեցությունը  պղնձի համաշխարհային շուկայում․

Դրա համար արդյունահանումը պետք է ընդլայնվի  և արդիականացվի։ Ըստ նրա՝ «անհրաժեշտ կլինի ԶՊՄԿ-ին  մոտ 2 միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրում  կատարել  հանքի, գործարանի և այլ ենթակառուցվածքների աստիճանական ընդլայնման և արդիականացման համար։ Բացի դրանից, պետք է լուծվեն բնապահպանական հարցերը՝ բոլոր շահագրգիռ կողմերի պահանջներին համապատասխան»։

Փորձագետի  համոզմամբ՝ նման նախագծի ֆինանսական վերադարձը կարելի  է ակնկալել  4 տարուց պակաս ժամանակահատվածում` հաշվի առնելով պղնձի ներկայիս գները։

Պղնձի արդյունահանման ծավալների ընդլայնումը կապահովի ընկերության համաշխարհային համբավը՝ որպես կարևոր դերակատար այս շուկայում։ Իսկ պղնձաձուլարանի  կառուցումը, որը տարիներ շարունակ կյանքի չի կոչվում, ըստ Օրթլանդի՝ ապագա «կարողության» ավարտից հետո,  տնտեսական տեսանկյունից, երկրի համար ավելի շահավետ կլինի։
