Անթալիա այցը ձախողված էր

Արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանն ու ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանն օրերս մասնակցել էին Անթալիայի դիվանագիտական ֆորումին, մի շարք հանդիպումներ ունեցել իրենց գործընկերների հետ։ Միրզոյանը նաև հարցազրույց է տվել թուրքական լրատվամիջոցներին, Ռուբինյանն էլ արդեն Երևանում տեղական ԶԼՄ-ներին և երկուսի հայտարարություններից էլ կարելի է անշեղորեն արձանագրել, որ Թուրքիան առանձնապես ցանկություն չունի կարգավորելու հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի հետ և հետևաբար, Անթալիա կատարած այցը, դրա վրա արված ծախսը և հայկական կողմի դիրքորոշումների ներկայացումն առանձնապես որևէ օգուտ չի տվել։

Մասնավորապես, թուրքական NTV հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում Միրզոյանը հայտարարել է, թե հայ-թուրքական կարգավորման գործընթացը թեև դանդաղ, բայց շարժվում է առաջ: Մինչ Թուրքիան հարաբերությունների կարգավորումը շաղկապում է Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու հետ, Միրզոյանը հայտարարում է հակառակը։ «Եթե հաջողություն գրանցվի հայ-թուրքական ուղղությամբ և իրականացվի սահմանի բացումը, դա կարող է դրական ազդակ լինել նաև հայ-ադրբեջանական կարգավորման գործընթացի համար»,- նշել է նա։

Թուրքիան, նշենք, տարիներ շարունակ իր նախապայմանից որևէ կերպ չի հրաժարվել։ Արդեն մի քանի տարի է` երկու երկրները որոշակի պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերել 3-րդ երկրների քաղաքացիների համար սահմանը բացելու և այլ հարցերում։ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը, որը ֆորումի շրջանակներում հանդիպել էր իր պաշտոնակից Սերդար Քըլըչին, ապա հայտարարել, թե լավ քննարկում են ունեցել, արդեն Երևանում նշել է, որ հայկական կողմը կատարել է բոլոր պայմանավորվածությունները, իսկ թուրքական կողմն առանձնապես ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկել։ Ըստ Ռուբինյանի, այդ պայմանավորվածությունների չկատարումը Հայաստանի մեղքով չէ։ Փաստն այն է, սակայն, որ Թուրքիան լուրջ նախապայմաններ ունի և մինչև բոլոր այդ նախապայմանները չիրականացվեն, Հայաստանի հետ որևէ հարաբերությունների կարգավորում տեղի չի ունենալու։
