ՔՊ-ն որոշել է տապալել Գյումրիի ավագանու նիստը

Գյումրիի «Մեր քաղաքը» դաշինքի ցուցակը գլխավորող պատգամավոր Մարտուն Գրիգորյանն ավագանու մանդատից հրաժարվելու դիմում է ներկայացրել։ Արդեն վաղը տեղի կունենա Գյումրու ավագանու առաջին նիստը, որը պետք է նոր քաղաքապետ ընտրի։ Քանի որ ավագանու ամենատարեց անդամը հենց Կոմկուսի թեկնածու Վարդան Ղուկասյանն է, նա էլ կվարի նիստը։

Մարտուն Գրիգորյանն ավագանու կազմում չի լինի, փոխարենն իր վեց հոգանոց խմբակցության մեջ է նաև նրա որդին, իսկ Կոմկուսից ավագանու անդամ են դարձել ոչ միայն Վարդան Ղուկասյանը, այլ նաև նրա փեսան և եղբոր որդին։ Ղուկասյանը հայտարարել է, թե Գյումրու փոխքաղաքապետ է դառնալու իր փեսան։ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» ամբողջ կազմով՝ 14 հոգին էլ, այդ թվում նաև Սարիկ Մինասյանն ու Աննա Հակոբյանի ազգական Վահագն Մկրտչյանը ստացել են ավագանու մանդատները, հայտարարել, թե իրենք տեր են կանգնելու իրենց տրված բոլոր քվեներին։

«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն» այս օրերին նոր տակտիկական քայլեր է մտմտում Գյումրիում Վարդան Ղուկասյանի ընտրությունը թույլ չտալու համար, մասնավորապես ցանկանում են 14 հոգանոց կազմով չմասնակցել ավագանու առաջին նիստին, ինչպես նաև ավագանու որոշ անդամների պարտադրել ևս չմասնակցել։ Եթե չհաջողվի ապահովել քվորում 17 անդամների մասնակցությամբ, երկու շաբաթ հետո նոր նիստ է գումարվելու, որի ընթացքում էլ պետք է ընտրվի քաղաքապետը։

Երկու անգամ ընտրությունները ձախողելու դեպքում արդեն Գյումրիում նոր ընտրություններ կնշանակվեն, իսկ այդ դեպքում «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» դիրքերն ավելի կարող են ամրապնդվել, որոշ ուժերի էլ միգուցե թույլ չտան ընդհանրապես մասնակցել նոր ընտրություններին։ Կոմկուսի թեկնածուն ինքն էլ հասկանում է նման վտանգը և խոստացել է խայտառակել բոլոր այն ընդդիմադիր ավագանիներին, ովքեր չեն ներկայանա առաջին նիստին։

Ցանկացած պարագայում Գյումրիում լրջագույն զարգացումներ են սպասվում, գործող իշխանությունները որևէ կերպ մտադիր չեն հանրապետության երկրորդ քաղաքը թողնել ընդդիմադիր թեկնածուի` հասկանալով դրա լուրջ հետևանքները։
