Մասիսում «գաղջ» մթնոլորտ է. տեսուչները կպարզեն. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմինը այս օրերին Մասիս քաղաքում նմուշառումներ է կատարում՝ պարզելու քաղաքում տարածված գարշահոտության պատճառները: «Sputnik Արմենիային» տեսչությունից հայտնել էին, թե գարշահոտության պատճառներից մեկը ամռանը սակավաջրության ու երաշտի պատճառով Մասիսի շրջակա հողատարածքների տերերի կողմից իրենց հողամասերը կոյուղաջրերով ոռոգելն է։

«Սակավաջրության պատճառով տեղի գյուղացիները կոտրել են կոյուղաջրերի հեռացման համակարգի խողովակը և դրանով իրականացրել գյուղատնտեսական դաշտերի ոռոգում, ինչը կրկնակի է ազդել մթնոլորտի աղտոտվածության վրա»,– հայտնել են լրատվական գործակալությանը։

Որպես երկրորդ հնարավոր վարկած էլ նշվում է մոտակա ձեռնարկությունների կողմից թունաքիմիկատների թույլատրելի չափաքանակների գերազանցումը:

Երեկ մենք խոսեցինք Բնապահպանական և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարի մամուլի քարտուղար Վրույր Պեպանյանի հետ` պարզելու, թե արդյո՞ք իրենց կասկածները հաստատվել են: Պեպանյանը հաստատեց, որ, այո, կասկածում են և փորձում պարզել, թե տվյալ տարածքում գործող որ հիմնարկ–ձեռնարկություններից է հնարավոր քիմիական նյութերի արգասիքների թույլատրելի չափաքանակի գերազանցում, որոնք, թափվելով կոյուղաջրերի հեռացման համակարգ, դառնում են մթնոլորտային օդի աղտոտվածության պատճառ:

«Տեսչական խմբի ղեկավարի կողմից վարչական վարույթ է հարուցվել, և վարչական վարույթի շրջանակներում փորձում ենք պարզել գարշահոտության պատճառ հանդիսացող հանգամանքները»,– նշեց նա:

Հարցին, թե տարածքում նմանատիպ ձեռնարկությունները շա՞տ են, դրական պատասխան տվեց՝ հավելելով, որ զանգահարելու պահին իրենք մեկնում էին հերթական նմուշառում իրականացնելու, իսկ լրացուցիչ տեղեկություններ ունենալու դեպքում հաղորդագրությամբ հանդես կգան:

«Փաստը» հետաքրքրվեց, թե տեսչական ստուգումներին ինչպիսի մասնակցություն է ունենում Արարատի մարզպետարանի Գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության վարչությունը: Վարչության պետ Հայկազ Տերտերյանը հայտնեց, որ իրենք նույնպես մոտակա օրերին պատրաստվում են ստուգումներ իրականացնել՝ հավանաբար տեսչության հետ համատեղ: Հարցին, թե դրանք ի՞նչ ֆորմատով ու ե՞րբ կլինեն, պատասխանեց՝ իրավասու չէ տեղեկացնել:

Տեսչությունը Մասիսում արդեն մի քանի օր է ստուգումներ է իրականացնում և աշխատանքների մեծ մասը կատարված կարելի է համարել: Հավանաբար, մինչ մարզպետարանի աշխատակիցների կողմնորոշվելը, այն կավարտի աշխատանքները ու կգտնի գարշահոտության բոլոր պատճառները:

Նաև հետաքրքրվեցինք, թե այդ ինչպե՞ս է եղել, որ գյուղացիներն այս տարի մնացել էին կոյուղաջրերի հույսին՝ Տերտերյանը ընդգծեց, թե այս տարի ջրի խնդիր՝ պակաս, չեն ունեցել, և այլ բան է, եթե որոշ գյուղացիներ չեն ցանկանում ջրի վճար տալ ու դրա համար հողերը ոռոգում են կոյուղաջրերով:
