Ստյոպա Սաֆարյան. «Ալիևը ցանկանում է հանդիպման տապալման ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը թողնել հայկական կողմի վրա». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ադրբեջանի նախագահը ցանկանում է տապալել առաջիկա օրերին կայանալիք Սարգսյան–Ալիև հանդիպումը: «Փաստ» օրաթերթի թղթակցի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց «Միջազգային և անվտանգության հարցերի հայկական ինստիտուտի» հիմնադիր նախագահ, քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը:

Նախօրեին Ալիևը, խոսելով Սերժ Սարգսյանի հետ կայանալիք հանդիպման մասին, նշել էր. «Ղարաբաղյան կարգավորմանն ուղղված բանակցային գործընթացն այսօր վերսկսվում է առանց որևէ նախապայմանի: Հայաստանը տարբեր տեսակի նախապայմաններ առաջ քաշելով՝ ցանկանում էր խափանել բանակցությունների վերսկսումը, բայց այժմ ստիպված է հրաժարվել այդ քաղաքականությունից»:

Քաղաքագետը հարևան երկրի առաջնորդի նման հայտարարությունը սադրիչ համարեց:

«Հայտարարելով, իբրև Հայաստանը հրաժարվել է իր նախկին դիրքորոշումից, նա ցանկանում է հանդիպման տապալման ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը թողնել հայկական կողմի վրա: Ալիևն առանձնապես ոգևորված չէ այս հանդիպումով: Նրան պետք է, որ այդ հանդիպումը տապալվի»,– համոզված է Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանը:

Բանակցություններից առաջ, ըստ վերլուծաբանի, Ալիևը տպավորություն է ստեղծում, թե նախկին օրակարգը, որի վրա հիմնվում էր Հայաստանը, այլևս չկա: Մյուս կողմից, նա փորձում է ցանկալին իրականության տեղ օգտագործել՝ ցույց տալով, թե բանակցությունները զրոյից են վերսկսվում:

«Ադրբեջանն այս մեկ տարվա ընթացում խնդիր էր դնում, իբրև բանակցությունները կարող են սկսվել միայն հայկական կողմի զորքերի դուրս բերումից հետո: Հետևաբար, հարց է, թե ով ինչից է հրաժարվում»,– նկատեց «Միջազգային և անվտանգության հարցերի հայկական ինստիտուտի» նախագահը:

Քաղաքական վերլուծաբանն առանձնապես սպասելիքներ չունի Սարգսյան–Ալիև հանդիպումից:

«Որևէ գործոն` ո՛չ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի, ո՛չ հակամարտող կողմերի չկա, որը թույլ կտա ասել, որ հնարավոր են լուրջ համաձայնություններ»,– շեշտեց նա:

Ի դեպ, Ալիևի հայտարարության վերաբերյալ չուշացավ նաև հայկական կողմի պատասխանը: Բաղրամյան 26–ն ի պատասխան հայտնեց, որ բոլորին վաղուց հայտնի է՝ բարձր մակարդակի հանդիպումներից առաջ Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը դիմում է սադրանքների՝ փորձելով պղտորել մթնոլորտը:
