Թուրքիա-Հայաստան, Ադրբեջան-Հայաստան հարաբերությունները ԵՄ-ի գործը չէ, որքան հեռու լինի այս հարցերից, այնքան «լավ» բոլորի համար. Ալիևը՝ ֆոն դեր Լայենի հայտարարության մասին

ԵՄ-ն կոչ է անում բացել Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանը, բայց այս ամենի հետ Եվրոպան կապ չունի. նման պնդմամբ է  հանդես եկել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը՝ մեկնաբանելկով Եվրանաձնաժողովի ղեկավար Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենի հայտարարությունը:

Ալիևի խոսքով՝  ֆոն դեր Լայենի հայտարարությունը «տարօրինակ» է:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Եվրանաձնաժողովի ղեկավարը հույս էր հայտնել, որ «Թուրքիայի, Ադրբեջանի, Հայաստանի միջև սահմանների բացումը նոր հնարավորություններ կստեղծի Եվրոպայի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի միջև համագործության համար»։

«Սև ծով հասնելու համար կարևոր է նաև Կենտրոնական Ասիայի և Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների հետ սահուն սահմանը: Երեք տասնամյակ Հայաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի փակ սահմանների բացումը կփոխի խաղի կանոնները։ Դա Եվրոպան և Կենտրոնական Ասիան կմոտեցնի առավել, քան երբևէ», - ասել էր ֆոն դեր Լայենը։

«Ես զարմացա, երբ տեղեկացա Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լայենի՝ Ուզբեկստանում Եվրահանձնաժողովի ղեկավարների հետ Կենտրոնական Ասիայի ղեկավարների գագաթնաժողովի ժամանակ արված մեկնաբանությունների մասին, երբ նա խոսում էր Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի և Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի միջև սահմանների բացման մասին՝ Միջին միջանցքին կամ ինչպես Եվրոպայում են անվանում՝ Գլոբալ դարպասին նպաստելու համար», - ասել է Ալիևը:

Ադրբեջանի նախագահը նշել է, որ «շատ տարօրինակ էր, քանի որ այդ միջանցքը կա, և Հայաստանը դրանում որևէ դեր չի խաղում»:

«Մենք կարող ենք հասկանալ եվրոպացի չինովնիկների զգացմունքները Հայաստանի նկատմամբ, բայց քարտեզը չի կարելի անտեսել։ Եվ հենց մենք՝ Վրաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը, ստեղծեցինք այս ամբողջ ենթակառուցվածքը, որն այսօր Եվրոպային թույլ է տալիս շփվել Կենտրոնական Ասիայի հետ՝ վրացական ծովային նավահանգիստները, Բաքու-Թբիլիսի-Կարս երկաթգիծը, ադրբեջանական նավահանգիստը Ալյաթում, Կասպյան նավագնացության ընկերությունը, որն առանցքային նշանակություն ունի փոխադրումների համար։ Այս ամենը անտեսվում է, բայց որքան գումար է ներդրվել։ Այս ամենը անտեսվում է։ Մենք միայն կոչեր ենք լսում բացել Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանը։ Ի՞նչ կապ ունի Եվրոպան սրա հետ։ Թուրքիայի և Հայաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները նրանց գործը չէ։ Որքան Եվրամիությունը հեռու լինի այս հարցերից, այնքան լավ բոլորի համար», - եզրափակել է նա:
