Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների խնդիրներն ուսումնասիրելիս արձանագրում ես, որ հաճախ մարդն իր իրավունքի պաշտպանության մեխանիզմը չունի․ Բեթղեհեմ Արաբյան

Բեթղեհեմ Արաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

Հայաստանում մարդու իրավունքների խնդիրներն ուսումնասիրելիս արձանագրում ես, որ հաճախ մարդն իր իրավունքի պաշտպանության մեխանիզմը չունի։

Օրենքով՝ ունի, պետական կառույցները՝ կան, բայց մեխանիզմը չունի, այդ իրավունքները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացու համար անհասանելի դարձնող մի շարք այլ մեխանիզմներ կան։
Երբեմն մամուլում կամ սոցիալական մեդիայում հասանելի են դառնում մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների մասին այնպիսի փաստեր, որոնց կանխող բոլոր մեխանիզմները թղթի վրա կան, բայց, պարզվում է՝ դրանք թղթի վրա են։
 
Օրինակ՝ բազմիցս բռնության ու շահագործման ենթարկվող երեխան, այրված կինը, բարքերը, առողջապահական բարդ համակարգը, հաշմանդամություն ձեռք բերած մարդկանց խնդիրների շղթան․․․։ Տեսչական ու վերահսկողական բազմաթիվ օղակներ կան, բայց կան նաև առանց իրավունքների մնացող մարդիկ։
 
Մարդը, մեր երկրի բարձրագույն արժեքը, բազմաթիվ օբյեկտիվ ու սուբյեկտիվ պատճառներով հաճախ մնում է միայնակ ու անպաշտպան։ Դրա պատճառներից է, երբ խնդիրն, օրինակ, մեդիային հասանելի չի դառնում՝ խոցելի դառնալու վախից, երբեմն անվստահության, երբեմն անհասանելի թվալու, երբեմն նաև մեր անտարբերության պատճառով ու հետևանքով։ Պատճառները բազմաթիվ են, և յուրաքանչյուրս պետք է նպաստենք վերացնել գոնե նրանցից մեկը։
 
Առանց որևէ բացասական վերաբերմունքի, զուտ մարդկային դատողությամբ, հասկանում ես, որ ունես ֆինանսական ռեսուրսներ, ունես նաև իրավունք պաշտպանողներ, ունես մեդիա՝ քո բոլոր խնդիրների բարձրաձայնումն ապահովված է, իրավունքները՝ հնարավորինս շատ պաշտպանված, երբեմն նաև չափազանցված, խախտումները՝ հանրության ուշադրության կենտրոնում, չունես ռեսուրսներ, ուրեմն նվազում են իրավունքներդ կամ բացակայում իսպառ։
 
Այս կարճ ձևակերպման տակ բազամշերտ իրականությունն է, որը շրջապատում է մեզ ու մենք հաճախ չենք նկատում։
 
Ելնելով այս ամենից և հաշվի առնելով բազմաթիվ դեպքեր՝ իրավական անհասավարություն, քաղաքական ենթատեքստով խոցելիություն կամ այսպես ասած՝ պաշտպանվածություն, ոլորտային կառույցների կողմնապահություն կամ անտարբերություն, Hayastan.news-ն իր ռեսուրսը կենտրոնացնելու է նոր գաղափարի վրա՝ օգնել մարդուն պաշտպանել իր իրավունքը, օգնել հայ մարդուն։
 
Բոլոր նրանք, որոնց իրավունքները խախտվում են, չեն կարողանում պատկան մարմնին հասցնել իրենց ձայնը, լսելի չեն խնդիրները, կարող են իրենց իրավունքի խախտման դեպքի կամ իրենց իրավունքին առնչվող թեման հայտնել Hayastan.news-ին։
