Զելենսկին տապալել է աշխարհի ամենապարզ գործարքը. Սքոթ Բեսենթ

Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վոլոդիմիր Զելենսկին պատրաստ էր ռեսուրսների մասին համաձայնագիր ստորագրել ԱՄՆ-ի հետ, բայց նա տապալեց աշխարհի ամենապարզ գործարքը, հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ ֆինանսների նախարար Սքոթ Բեսենթը։

«Մենք պատրաստվում էինք համաձայնագիր ստորագրել ուկրաինացիների հետ, և դա նախևառաջ կխորացներ ԱՄՆ-Ուկրաինա գործընկերությունը, երկրորդը՝ ազդանշան կուղարկեր Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարությանը, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները չի լքում Ուկրաինան։ Եվ ամենակարևորը՝ դա ցույց կտար ամերիկացիներին, որ մենք տնտեսապես մոտիվացված ենք, և որ պարզապես չենք տվել հսկայական դրամաշնորհներ, ինչպես դա եղավ ԱՄՆ ՄԶԳ-ի դեպքում»,- նշել է Բեսենթը։

Նրա խոսքով, Կիև կատարած այցի օրը՝ փետրվարի 12-ին, Զելենսկին պատրաստ է եղել համաձայնագիր ստորագրել։ «Մենք աշխույժ քննարկում ունեցանք, և ես նրան ասացի, որ այնտեղ 50 լրագրող կա: Ես այստեղ եմ, որպեսզի ցույց տամ, որ անջրպետ չկա ամերիկացի ժողովրդի, ուկրաինացի ժողովրդի, ամերիկյան ղեկավարության և ուկրաինական ղեկավարության միջև»,- նշել է Սքոթ Բեսենթը։
