ԱՄՆ-ը և Եվրամիությունը ճնշո՞ւմ են գործադրում Հայաստանի վրա

Դեպի Արևմուտք սլացող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությունն այժմ էլ հայտնվել է այդ Արևմուտքի ճնշումների ներքո։ Վաշինգտոնն ու Բրյուսելը պարտադրում են արագ կնքել խաղաղության պայմանագիրն ու բացել տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունները՝ փաստացի ապացուցելով, որ Արևմուտքն է ավելի շահագրգիռ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հարցում։

ԱՄՆ Պետդեպարտամենտի էներգետիկ ռեսուրսների պետական բյուրոյի ավագ խորհրդական Էրիկ Ջեյքոբսը Բաքվում հայտարարել է, թե ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփն անհամբեր սպասում է Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի միջև երկար սպասված խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրմանը։ Ելույթ ունենալով Ադրբեջանի կառավարության կողմից կազմակերպված էներգետիկ հարցերով հավաքին ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղարության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյան շեշտել է, որ խաղաղության պայմանագիրը կնպաստի տարածաշրջանի զարգացմանը։ «Ես շնորհավորում եմ Հայաստանի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստն ավարտին հասցնելու կապակցությամբ: Նախագահ Թրամփն անհամբեր սպասում է պայմանագրի ստորագրմանն ու վավերացմանը, քանի որ խաղաղությունն ու կայունությունը կապահովեն տարածաշրջանի տնտեսական զարգացումը: Տևական խաղաղությունը վերջ կդնի տարածաշրջանային հակամարտությանը և անվտանգություն ու բարգավաճում կբերի Հարավային Կովկասին: Այնպես որ մենք ողջունում ենք ձեզ խաղաղությանն ուղղված այս համարձակ քայլերի համար», - նշել է Էրիկ Ջեյքոբսը:

Նույն այդ ընթացքում Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Ուրսուլա Ֆոն դեր Լայենը Սամարղանդում ընթացող ԵՄ-ի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրների առաջին գագաթնաժողովի իր ելույթում ասել է, թե Հայաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանների բացումը կարող է կտրականապես փոխել իրադրությունը և Եվրոպային մոտեցնել Կենտրոնական Ասիայի հետ։ «Սև ծով ելքի համար կարևոր են ինչպես Կենտրոնական Ասիայի, այնպես էլ Հարավային Կովկասի երկրների հետ սահմանային սահուն անցումները: 30 տարի անց Հայաստանի, Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի փակ սահմանների բացումը կփոխի խաղի կանոնները։ Դա Եվրոպային ու Կենտրոնական Ասիային ավելի քան երբևէ կմոտեցնի»,- ասել է Ֆոն դեր Լայենը։ Ուշագրավ է, որ նա հատուկ շեշտում է «սահուն» բառը, ինչը նշանակում է, որ հաղորդակցությունները պետք է լինեն Արևմուտքի կամ նրանց ենթակաների վերահսկողության ներքո։

Ըստ էության, Արևմուտքը շտապում է, իսկ Իրանի շուրջ զարգացումները չեն բացառում, որ Ադրբեջանին թույլատրեն ռազմական էսկալացիա սկսել Հայաստանի դեմ։ Ի դեպ, նախօրեին ամերիկյան կառավարական EXIM բանկի տնօրենների խորհուրդը հաստատել է ադրբեջանական Silk Way ավիաընկերությանը 339 միլիոն դոլարի վարկավորումը՝ Boeing ինքնաթիռներ ձեռք բերելու համար։ Ինքնաթիռները կմատակարարվեն մինչև 2026-ի ամառ։

Փաստը, որ Silk Way-ի ինքնաթիռները, ըստ հեղինակավոր լրատվամիջոցների, զբաղվել են զենքի փոխադրմամբ, չի խանգարել ամերիկյան կողմին հաստատել վարկը։ Silk Way-ը համարվում է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ փոխկապակցված ավիաընկերություն և պատերազմի ընթացքում ու դրանից հետո էլ, մինչ օրս, զենք է տեղափոխում Ադրբեջան։

Հասկանո՞ւմ են արդյոք Երևանում այս զարգացումների հետևանքները, թերևս՝ այո, բայց խաղում են Արևմուտքի պարտադրած խաղը։
