Անպատժելիության ծանր հետևանքները. «բեսպրեդելը» երբեք լավ տեղ չի տանում, այդ թվում՝ «բեսպրեդել շիկներին». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Անկասկած, շատերն են տեսել ու վրդովվել այս օրերին լրահոսը հեղեղած այն կադրերից, որտեղ պատկերված է պարեկային ոստիկանների հարձակումը վարորդի վրա: Բորբոքված ու կտրուկ հանրային արձագանքը, նկատենք, միանգամայն օրինաչափ է ու կատարվածին համարժեք:

Բայց մյուս կողմից, ներողություն, մի՞թե առաջին անգամ են փաշինյանական ոստիկանության տարաբերետ ստորաբաժանումներում ծառայողները, մեղմ ասած, անընդունելի, դատապարտելի վարք դրսևորում: Ամենևին:

Ո՞ր մեկն ասես: «Կարմիր բերետավորների» բազմույթը հարձակվեց ԱԺ պատգամավորի վրա, ու ոչ մի ոստիկան դրա համար բանտում չի գտնվում:

Հապա ոստիկանների հսկողության ու պաշտպանության տակ գտնվող, տվյալ պահին ազատությունից զրկված Սամվել Վարդանյանին ինչ-որ «դիմակավոր անձանց» խոշտանգմանը հանձնե՞լը: Ո՞վ պատժվեց այդ խայտառակությունը թույլ տալու համար: Հապա Սոնա Մնացականյանի ու նրա չծնված երեխայի սպանությո՞ւնը՝ Փաշինյանի ավտոշարասյան մեքենաներից մեկի կողմից վրաերթի հետևանքով: Ո՞վ է պատժված: Ոչ ոք: Հապա «Եռաբլուրում» զոհվածների մայրերին ոստիկանության «բերետների» կողմից առանձնահատուկ անտակտությամբ քարշ տա՞լը... Հապա խաղաղ բնակչության, կանանց, երեխաների ու տարեցների վրա 25-30 բեկորային նռնակներ կանխամտածված գործադրե՞լը:

Ախր, ո՞ր փաշինյանական իշխանության իրավապահների, այդ թվում՝ ոստիկանության ներկայացուցիչների կողմից բոլոր կարմիր գծերը, գրված ու չգրված օրենքները «զրոյացնող» ո՞ր դեպքը ասես: Դրանց միավորում է ոչ միայն այն, որ ոստիկանների կողմից է արվել, այլև այն, որ նման բաներ անողները մնացել են անպատիժ:

Այնպես որ, պարեկ(ներ)ի վերջին հարձակումն առանձին մի միջադեպ չէ, այլ հենց այդ անպատժելիության հետևանք:

Պարզ է նաև, որ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը իր այդ ոստիկանության միջոցով ձգտում է ահաբեկել հասարակությանը: Դրա համար էլ ոստիկանական համազգեստով դրսևորվողները մնում են անպատիժ: Այդ ամենի հետ է փոխկապակցված դիտարկվող, կներեք, «բեսպրեդելը»: Բայց «բեսպրեդելը» երբեք լավ տեղ չի տանում, այդ թվում՝ «բեսպրեդելշիկներին»...
