Ալյումինիումն իր քաշով ոսկու գին ունի. նոր արժույթ արևային էներգիայի մեջ

Վերջին տարիներին արևային մարտկոցների հիմնական բաղադրիչ հանդիսացող պոլիբյուրեղային սիլիցիումի արժեքը զգալիորեն նվազել է: Դա նշանակում է, որ ալյումինե շրջանակները, որոնք ապահովում են վահանակների կառուցվածքային ամբողջականությունը, դարձել են վահանակների ամենաթանկ մասը կազմելով արտադրության ընդհանուր արժեքի 14 %-ը, գրում է pravda.ru–ն:

Նախկինում պոլիսիլիցիումը և ապակին էին գերակշռում արևային վահանակների արտադրության ծախսերի կառուցվածքում: Այնուամենայնիվ, 2024 թվականին զգալի փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել.

–ալյումինե շրջանակներ՝ արտադրության արժեքի 14 %,

–ապակի՝ արժեքի 13,4 %,

–արծաթի մածուկ՝ արժեքի 11,6 %,

–պոլիսիլիցիում՝ արժեքի 9,9 %:

Պոլիսիլիցիումի գների անկումը պայմանավորված է արտադրության և առաջարկի ավելացմամբ, հատկապես Չինաստանում։

Արդյունքում ալյումինե շրջանակների թանկացումն արտադրողներին խթանում է այլընտրանքային նյութեր և լուծումներ փնտրել,

–նոր ալյումինե համաձուլվածքներ՝ ավելի էժան և թեթև համաձուլվածքների օգտագործում,

–կոմպոզիտային նյութեր՝ նմանատիպ հատկություններով, բայց ավելի ցածր գնով նյութերի օգտագործում,

–շրջանակներ չունեցող՝ վահանակների նախագծում առանց շրջանակների, ինչը պահանջում է դրանց էժանության և ամրության ապահովում:

Այնուամենայնիվ, այս այլընտրանքների իրականացումը բախվում է հուսալիության և երկարակեցության խնդիրների հետ, ինչը դանդաղեցնում է դրանց համատարած ընդունումը:

Իսկ ինչպիսի՞ն են արևային էներգիայի զարգացման կանխատեսումները: SinoLink Securities-ը կանխատեսում է, որ համաշխարհային արևային վահանակների տեղադրումը տարեկան կաճի 10-15 %-ով, իսկ պահանջարկը կարող է հասնել 700 ԳՎտ-ի մինչև 2025 թվականը: Այդ աճը մեծացնում է արևային վահանակների բաղադրիչների արտադրության մեջ նորարարությունների և ծախսերի կրճատման անհրաժեշտությունը:
