Եթե կարելի է վարորդ լինել ու մեքենա քշել չիմանալ, ինչո՞ւ չի կարելի լինել կառավարիչ ու չիմանալ կառավարել, պետք է սա խոստովանենք. Նիկոլ Փաշինյան (տեսանյութ)

Երեկ, երբ հանդիպեցի քաղաքացիների փոքր խմբի հետ՝ «Իրական Հայաստան»-ի գաղափարախոսությունը քննարկելու համար, մի միտք է ծագել, որը կարող է սադրիչ թվալ։ Այս մասին կառավարության նիստում ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

«Ես հարց տվեցի, ասացի՝ մենք կարո՞ղ ենք ասել, որ Հայաստանում ավտոմեքենա վարող անձանց, վարորդական իրավունք ունեցող անձանց 70 տոկոսն իրականում չունի մեր ստանդարտներին համապատասխանող այն հմտությունները, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են ավտոմեքենա վարելու համար։ Բոլորը միանգամից ռեակցիա տվեցին ու ասացին՝ 95 տոկոսը։ Ասացի՝ դահլիճում մարդ կա՞, որ չարչարվելով քննություն է հանձնել ու վարորդական իրավունք է ստացել։ Կանայք կային, վերջերս են սկսել պրոցեսի մեջ մտնել ու լավ ծանոթ չունեն, ըստ ամենայնի, ասացին, որ կտրվել են, չարչարվում են»,- պատմեց նա։

Նա նշեց, որ բոլորով խոստովանել են, որ այդ վարորդական իրավունքները գնել են և իր օրինակը բերեց: «Ինքս ընտրակաշառք չեմ տվել, այն ժամանակ, երբ ստանում էի՝ հայտնի լրագրող էի, որ ծնկաչոք աղաչեի էլ, ինձ չէին թողնի, որ ես քննություն տամ: Ես տարածքին չմոտեցած՝ մի 300 մետրի վրա, բերին, տվին, ասին՝ գնա ստեղից, հնարավորինս շուտ ստեղից գնա, գործ չունես մեզ հետ»,- հայտարարեց նա։

Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ դրանից հետո եկել է այն տրամաբանության, որ եթե նույնը կարելի է ասել վարորդի, սանտեխնիկի, կառավարչի, ուսուցիչների, դերձակների մասին, բոլորի մասին կարելի է ասել, իսկ ինչո՞ւ չի կարելի ասել երկրի կառավարիչների, քաղաքական գործիչների մասին:

«Որովհետև եթե դա է կանոնը, դա կանոն է բոլորի համար: Եկեք խոստովանենք, որ ամեն տեղ նույն իրավիճակն է՝ ներառյալ կառավարման համակարգում: Եթե կարելի է վարորդ լինել ու մեքենա քշել չիմանալ, ինչի չի կարելի լինել կառավարիչ ու չիմանալ կառավարել: Մենք պետք է սա խոստովանենք»,- նշեց Փաշինյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ կառավարությունը սխալ կարդային քաղաքականություն է  վարում, որովհետև կադրային ճգնաժամ է:
