«Մինչ օրս խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստը լիովին համաձայնեցված է և բաղկացած է 17 կետից։ Ադրբեջանն այստեղ լրացուցիչ պայմաններ չի առաջադրում։ Մեր պայմանները Հայաստանին հայտնի են, նոր չեն։ Մենք երկար ժամանակ առաջ ենք տանում այս պայմանները։ Սակայն Հայաստանից դեռ լուրջ արձագանք չենք ստացել։ Սա ի՞նչ է։ Նախ պետք է վերացնել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը»,-այս մասին ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների փոխանցմամբ՝ հայտարարել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը։

«Երկրորդ հարցը վերաբերում է Հայաստանի սահմանադրությանը։ Հայաստանի սահմանադրությունը հղում է պարունակում Հայաստանի Անկախության ակտին։ Դա Սահմանադրության բաղկացուցիչ մասն է։

Այնտեղ դրույթ կա, որ Ադրբեջանի օրինական, պատմական տարածքը միավորված է Հայաստանին, և դա համարվում է մեր նկատմամբ բացահայտ տարածքային պահանջ։ Ուստի այս դրույթի հանումը Հայաստանի սահմանադրությունից մեր օրինական պահանջն է։ Երբ այս երկու պայմանները կատարվեն, խաղաղության պայմանագրի ստորագրման համար ոչ մի խոչընդոտ չի լինի։ Ինչպես ասում են, գնդակը Հայաստանի դաշտում է։ Եթե ​​Հայաստանն իսկապես ցանկանում է խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել, ապա պետք է ընդունի Ադրբեջանի այս երկու իրավական պայմանները, ընդգծել է նախագահը»,-նշել է նա։
