Կոնվերս Բանկը տեղաբաշխում է Վարդանանց ՆԲԿ պարտատոմսերը

Կոնվերս Բանկը հայտարարում է «Վարդանանց» նորարարական բժշկական կենտրոնի («ԱՐԻՆՏԵՐԼԵՎ» ՓԲԸ) կորպորատիվ պարտատոմսերի առաջին տրանշի հրապարակային տեղաբաշխման մասին: Ազդագիրը Կենտրոնական բանկում գրանցվել է 2025թ․ փետրվարի 6-ի թիվ 1/63 Ա որոշմամբ:

Տեղաբաշխվող պարտատոմսերի ընդհանուր ծավալը 1 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ է, արժեկտրոնի եկամտաբերությունը 12% է, ժամկետը՝ 36 ամիս, տոկոսների վճարման պարբերականությունը՝ կիսամյակային: 

Պարտատոմսերում ներդրումներին հնարավորինս շատ անձանց հասանելիություն ապահովելու նպատակով ձեռքբերման նվազագույն քանակ է սահմանվել 2 հատը՝ յուրաքանչյուրը 50հզ ՀՀ դրամ անվանական արժեքով: Դրանք ձեռքբերել կարելի է.

  • Converse Mobile հավելվածում մուտք գործելով «+», ապա՝ «Կատարել ներդրում» և հետևելով հրահանգներին,
  • Այցելելով Բանկի մասնաճյուղեր,
  • Բանկի կայքում լրացնելով հայտը:

«Բժշկական ոլորտի համար սա դեբյուտային թողարկում է, և հուսով ենք՝ այն կլինի շարունակական «Վարդանանց» կլինիկայի համար և օրինակ կծառայի ոլորտի այլ ընկերությունների համար: Կարծում եմ՝ նման կապիտալատար և նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաներ պահանջող ոլորտի համար խիստ կարևոր է հասանելիությունը կապիտալի շուկաներին, քանի որ երկար փողերի ներգրավումն էական առավելություններ է ընձեռում տեխնոլոգիական վերազինման և արդիականացման համար»,- ասել է Կոնվերս Բանկի ներդրումային դեպարտամենտի տնօրեն Գրիգորի Զաքարյանը։

«Վարդանանց»-ում նշել են, որ սա Հայաստանում առաջին դեպքն է, երբ բժշկական հաստատությունը ներգրավում է ֆինանսավորում կապիտալի շուկայում: 

«2025 – 2028 թվականներին, բացի 3 տեսլա հզորությամբ գերժամանակակից ՄՌՏ (MRT) սարքավորման ձեռքբերման նախագծից, ֆինանսավորումը ուղղվելու է մարդկային ռեսուրսի, բուժական և թվային տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացմանը։ 

Դրանց շարքում են արհեստական բանականության կողմից բուժման որակի վերահսկման, հաճախորդների գոհունակության մշտադիտարկման, ռադիոլոգիական և լաբորատոր հետազոտությունների արդյունքների վերաբերյալ «երկրորդ կարծիքի» տրամադրման նախագծերը։ Նախատեսում ենք նաև ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներով ուսումնական մոդուլների պատրաստում՝ կիրառելով «Վարդանանց»-ում մշակված և տարեկան թարմացվող շուրջ 400 կլինիկական գործելակարգերը: Որպես արդյունք՝ սպասարկվող բուժառուների թվի ավելացում՝ ավելի քան 2 անգամ»,- ասել է «Վարդանանց»-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Լևոն Ալթունյանը:

Նշվում է, որ երկրորդային շուկայում շրջանառվելու համար տեղաբաշխումից հետո պարտատոմսերը ցուցակման կուղարկվեն Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա:
