Հանքարդյունաբերական ճյուղի մեկ աշխատակից միջինը 4 լրացուցիչ աշխատատեղ է ստեղծում. ԶՊՄԿ

Հանքարդյունաբերության մեկ աշխատողը միջինը չորս լրացուցիչ աշխատատեղ է ստեղծում այլ ոլորտներում` ըստ բազմապատկիչ էֆեկտի: Այս մասին մարտի 28- ին «Հանքարդյունաբերության դերն ու նշանակությունը տնտեսության մեջ» թեմայով քննարկման ժամանակ ասել է «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ (ԶՊՄԿ) կայուն զարգացման գծով տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանը։

Նա նշել է, որ սոցիալական ոլորտում ներդրումների առումով գործարանը լուրջ նշաձող է դրել։

Ստեփանյանը հիշեցրել է, որ ձեռնարկությունը սոցիալական ծախսեր է իրականացնում ոչ միայն այն համայնքում, որտեղ գտնվում է գործարանը, այլ նաեւ այլ մարզերում։

«Բայց մենք փորձում ենք հատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնել այն համայնքին, որտեղ գործում է ձեռնարկությունը։

Բացի այդ, մենք նախաձեռնել ենք թվայնացման մեծ գործընթաց՝ ռեսուրսների արդյունավետ օգտագործման համար: Սա ուղղակիորեն կապված է կայուն զարգացման, ESG-ի (էկոլոգիական, սոցիալական եւ կորպորատիվ կառավարում), աշխատավայրում անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանման եւ այլ ասպեկտների հետ»,- ասել է ընկերության կայուն զարգացման տնօրենը։

Նա հիշեցրել է, որ 2023-2024թթ. աշխարհում ամենամեծ ռիսկը հանքարդյունաբերության ոլորտում ճանաչվել է ESG-ն։

Ստեփանյանն ասել է, որ գործարանում փոխվել են սարքավորումները բնապահպանական մոնիթորինգ իրականացնելու եւ համակարգն արդիականացնելու համար, եւ մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձվում փոշու աղտոտվածության մակարդակի կառավարմանը։

«Մենք ամեն ինչ անում ենք, որպեսզի գործարանի աշխատակիցները չգնան Երեւան՝ բժշկական ծառայություններ ստանալու, ինչը մասնավոր հատվածի մոտ հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել բուժհաստատություններ հիմնելու համար»,- նշել է ձեռնարկության կայուն զարգացման տնօրենը։

Նա տեղեկացրել է, որ ԶՄՄԿ-ում աշխատում է 4600 մարդ, եւ նրանց ու նրանց ընտանիքի անդամների շրջանում քաղցկեղի դեպքերը (ընդհանուր 17 000 մարդ) 5-6 անգամ ցածր են հանրապետական ​​միջինից։

«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատ» ՓԲԸ (ԶՊՄԿ) կայուն զարգացման գծով փոխտնօրեն Աննա Սաղաբալյանն իր հերթին նշել է, որ Սյունիքը քաղցկեղի ցուցանիշներով լավ դիրքերում է։
