Նաիրիի «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ–ը փակում են. բողոք՝ աշխատակիցներից. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Կոտայքի մարզի Նաիրի տարածաշրջանի ՀՀ ԱՆ «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ–ը հոկտեմբերի 20–ին կփակվի. «Փաստ» օրաթերթին ահազանգեցին կենտրոնի աշխատակիցները: Նրանց արդեն ծանուցումներ են ուղարկել:

Օպտիմալացման շրջանակներում արդեն Հրազդանի «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի» գործունեությունը դադարեցվել է: Այն սպասարկում էր նաև Չարենցավան քաղաքն ու ևս 10 համայնքներ:

Նաիրի տարածաշրջանի «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ–ի աշխատակիցների պնդմամբ, ի տարբերություն Հրազդանի սանէպիդկայանի, իրենք ավելի շատ բնակչության են սպասարկում: Փակման առաջ կանգնած սանէպիդկայանը սպասարկում է ավելի քան 16 համայնք և 2 քաղաք: Նաիրի տարածաշրջանն էլ կանցնի Աբովյանի «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ–ի հսկողության տակ:

«Հրազդանը քիչ բնակչության էր սպասարկում, բայց մեր ենթակայության տակ գտնվող գյուղերը շատ են: Մերը պետք է չփակեին: Հիմա ամբողջն ընկնում է Աբովյանի վրա: Էդ մի կենտրոնը ո՞նց է հասցնելու էդքան մանկապարտեզների, դպրոցների ու բնակիչների սպասարկել»,– մտահոգություն հայտնեց կենտրոնի աշխատակից Գոհար Պապյանը:

Նաիրի «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոն»–ի աշխատակիցները վարչապետին նամակ են գրել, բայց պատասխան չեն ստացել: Կառավարությունը բուժաշխատողների բողոքը հասցեագրել է Առողջապահության նախարարությանը: Ի վերջո, օպտիմալացման ծրագրի մեջ ընդգրկված կենտրոնի աշխատակիցները ստացել են իրենց հուզող հարցի պատասխանը. շենքն անբարեկարգ վիճակում է, և կենտրոնը բժիշկներ չունի: Սանէպիդկայանի աշխատակիցը, սակայն, հակադարձում է.

«Քանի տարի այդպես աշխատել ենք, ոչ մի ձեն չի եղել: Մենք բարձր կատարողական ենք ապահովել, մեր աշխատանքը լիարժեք կատարել ենք: Իրենց խնդիրներն ուզում են մեզ վրա փաթաթել»,– դժգոհեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Կենտրոնի փակման հետևանքով ինը աշխատակիցները կհամալրեն գործազուրկների շարքը: Այժմ նրանք պատրաստվում են կրկին նամակով դիմել վարչապետին:

«Ինքը մեզ համար անհասանելի է, մենք իրեն նամակ ենք գրում, բայց իրեն չի հասնում»,– զայրացած ասաց առողջապահական կենտրոնի աշխատակիցը:

Աշխատակիցների պնդմամբ՝ իրենք պայքարելու են այս անօրինական որոշման դեմ: Աշխատակիցները պատրաստվում են նաև իրենց բողոքի ձայնը կառավարության շենքի առաջ բարձրաձայնել:
