Ովքե՞ր են հետևելու Գյումրիում և Փարաքարում տեղի ունենալիք ընտրություններին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Վաղը Գյումրիում և Փարաքարում տեղի կունենան ավագանու ընտրություններ: Այսօր լռության օր է, այսինքն, քաղաքական ուժերը քարոզչություն չեն անի, գյումրեցիներն ու փարաքարցիներն էլ «գլուխները խաղաղ» կմտածեն վաղվա իրենց ընտրության մասին:

Ցանկացած ընտրության ժամանակ կարևոր խնդիր ունեն լուծելու դիտորդները՝ հետևելու նախընտրական ու ընտրական գործընթացներին, արձանագրել խախտումները, հնարավորության դեպքում կանխել դրանք, ներկայացնել եզրակացություններ:

Օրեր առաջ Գյումրի և Փարաքար համայնքներում տեղի ունենալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին անկախ դիտորդի կարգավիճակով հանդես գալու որոշում էր կայացրել «ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը՝ «Պառլամենտարիզմի զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոն» և «Երիտասարդական ակումբների դաշնություն» ՀԿ-ների հետ միասին:

Գյումրիում կայանալիք արտահերթ ընտրություններին անկախ դիտորդական առաքելության կազմում քվեարկության ընթացքին հետևելու մասին հայտարարեց նաև Երևանի նախկին քաղաքապետ, «Նոր ուժ» կուսակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Մարությանը: Նշենք, որ խոսքը «Հայ առաջադեմ երիտասարդություն» ՀԿ-ի մասին է:

ԿԸՀ կայքից տեղեկանում ենք, որ Գյումրի և Փարաքար համայնքներում տեղի ունենալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին անկախ դիտորդի կարգավիճակով մասնակցելու ընդամենը... հինգ հայտ է ներկայացվել՝ «ՀայաՔվեն», «Հայ առաջադեմ երիտասարդություն» ՀԿ-ն, «Ականատես» դիտորդական առաքելությունը, «Անկախ դիտորդ» հասարակական դաշինքը, «Գյումրու առաջընթաց» ՀԿ-ն:

Հայաստանում կան կազմակերպություններ, որոնք հաճախակի են անդրադառնում ընտրական գործընթացներին, այս կամ այն կերպ առնչվում են ընտրություններին, ընտրական և այլ իրավունքներին, սակայն հայտ չեն ներկայացրել: Օրինակ՝ թվում է՝ այս առումով պետք է ակտիվ լիներ նաև ՀՀ նախկին ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանի հիմնադրամը, առավել ևս, որ նա քաղաքական ակտիվության հայտ է ներկայացնում: Սակայն նա բավարարվել էր իրավապահների՝ նախօրեին Գյումրիում կազմակերպած շոուին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառմամբ անդրադառնալով:
