Ինչու են քաղաքացիները զեղծարարության զոհ դառնում․ IDBank-ի մեկնաբանությունը

Մարտի 28-ին մի խումբ քաղաքացիներ իրազեկման ակցիա էին իրականացնում IDBank-ի գլխամասային գրասենյակի առջև՝ կապված զեղծարարության զոհ դառնալու և ֆինանսական կորուստներ կրելու հետ։

IDBank-ի Հաղորդակցության և սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ծրագրերի վարչության ղեկավար Տաթևիկ Վարդևանյանը դուրս եկավ քաղաքացիների մոտ՝ լսելու նրանց պահանջները։

Բանկից տեղեկացնում են, որ տեղի ունեցած բացառապես բոլոր զեղծարարությունների դեպքերում հաճախորդներն անցնելով սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածված գովազդային հղումներով՝ գայթակղվելով շահումային խոստումներով՝ իրենք իրենց ձեռքով, ինքնակամ մուտքագրել են իրենց անձնական հույժ գաղտնի տվյալները զեղծարարների կողմից ստեղծված բանկերի կայքերին շատ նման էջերում։

Նրանք մասնավորապես մուտքագրում են հավելվածի իրենց մուտքանունը, գաղտնաբառը, PIN կոդը, նոր սարքից մուտքի համար պահանջվող մեկանգամյա OTP կոդը, որն էլ զեղծարարներն անմիջապես հաճախորդների փոխարեն մուտքագրում են Բանկի իրական հարթակներում՝ այդպիսով հասանելիություն ստանալով հաճախորդի հաշիվներին և միջոցներին։

Հատկանշական է, որ որոշ դեպքերում հաճախորդների մի մասը բացի վերոնշյալ տվյալներից ևս մեկ անգամ են զեղծարարներին տրամադրում OTP կոդ, այս անգամ արդեն վարկի ստացման համար՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ թե՛ մուտքի համար ուղարկված, թե՛ վարկի ստացման նույնականացման OTP կոդերն ուղեկցվում են բացատրական տեքստով։

Տաթևիկ Վարդևանյանի խոսքով՝ Բանկը շարունակաբար միջոցներ է ձեռնարկում հաճախորդների միջոցների անվտանգությունը բարձրացնելու համար՝ ներդնելով ավելի ու ավելի շատ ստուգումներ՝ ստիպված անընդհատ բարդացնելով դեպի բանկային հարթակներ մուտքի հնարավորությունը, դժվարացնելով հեռավար բանկային ծառայություններից օգտվող հարյուր հազարավոր այլ հաճախորդների փորձառությունը։  Բացի այդ, Բանկը նաև հասանելի բոլոր ձևաչափերով պարբերաբար տեղեկացնում, զգուշացնում ու փորձում է ծանուցել հաճախորդներին գոյություն ունեցող և անընդհատ փոփոխվող զեղծարարության ձևերի մասին։

Զեղծարարության զոհ դարձած և իրենց տվյալները երրորդ անձանց փոխանցած բոլոր հաճախորդներին Բանկը հորդորում է անհապաղ դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին, իսկ վերջիններիս համաձայն գործող օրենսդրության պահանջների՝ տրամադրում է անհրաժեշտ ամբողջ ինֆորմացիան զեղծարարության դեպքերը բացահայտելու համար։
