Վարդագույն քաղաքի «մոխրագույն» օդը

Օդի աղտոտվածությունն այսօր բնակչության առողջության սպառնալիքներից մեկն է:Աղտոտվածության հիմնական աղբյուրներն են՝ տրանսպորտը, շինարարությունը, արդյունաբերությունը, հանքարդյունաբերությունը, աղբավայրերը և այլն:
 
Երևանի օդը հիմնականում գնահատվում է որպես վնասակար, անառողջ, երբեմն նույնիսկ շատ վնասակար:

Օդի աղտոտվածությունը հիմնականում ախտահանում է շնչառական համակարգի օրգանները: Մասնագետները պարբերաբար ահազանգում են, ունենք թոքերի քաղցկեղի նկատելի աճ, բրոնխիտների, բրոնխիալ ասթմայի և այլ շատ հիվանդությունների աճ...

Անտրամաբանական է, մի քաղաքում որտեղ քիմիական գործարան չկա, ինչպե՞ս կարելի է աղտոտվածության մակարդակը հասցնել անթույլատրելի սահմանների:

Միգուցե աջ և ձախ «ատկատներով» ու «կամազներով» բաժանած շինթույլտվություննե՞րն են պատճառը, իսկ գուցե քաղաքի վայրի ուրբանիզացիա ու կանաչ գոտիները «կատլավանների» անվերջ շարան դարձնե՞լը: Մեր քաղաքացիների ընտանիքներն ու իրենց երեխաները ամենավտանգավոր հիվանդությունների շեմին են: իսկ քաղաքացին վախենում է ասել. «իշխանություն, հենց դու՛ պետք է լուծես այս հարցերը»:

Եթե պետք է դադարեցնել Երևանում բոլոր շինթույլտվությունները, ուրեմն դադարեցրե՛ք, եթե պետք է կասեցնել նորմերը չպահպանող ցանկացած շինարարություն, ուրեմն կասեցրե՛ք:

Ցանկացած քայլ, որը կլուծի այս վիճակը, պետք է անե՛լ: Սա կյանքի խնդիր է:
Այս խնդիրը գերարդիական է նաև Սյունիքի և Լոռու մարզերի ազդակիր համայնքների համար, որտեղ գործում են լենռնահանքային խոշոր ընկերություններ։ Ուստի անհրաժեշտ է արմատապես վերանայել պոչամբարների կազմակերպման և շահագործման նկատմամբ քաղաքականությունը, ապահովելով դրանց շրջակայքում գտնվող համայքների բնակչության առողջապահական և բնապահպանական անվտանգությունը։

Հ.Գ. Անվերջ կարող ենք կասկածի տակ դնել այս կամ այն կայքի Երևանի օդի աղտոտվածության վերաբերյալ տվյալները, բայց այն ինչ անզեն աչքով էլ տեսանելի է Երևանում, որևէ մեկը կասկածի տակ չի կարող առնել: Կտրում են ծառերը, աղտոտվում է օդը, իսկ քաղաքացին վախենում է խոսել, անտարբեր է պահանջել լուծումներ օրվա իշխանություններից՝ նախընտրելով անմռունչ վախճան, կամ մտածելով, որ այս հիվանդություններն իրեն կշրջանցեն:

Հիշեցում, ԱՀԿ տվյալների համաձայն, յուրաքանչյուր տարի շուրջ 7 միլիոն մարդ մահանում է հենց օդի աղտոտվածության պատճառով:
