Ֆրանս-գերմանական ալիքը ներողություն խնդրեց, իսկ ՀՀ իշխանությունը՝ ոչ

Ֆրանս-գերմանական ARTE հեռուստաալիքը ներողություն է խնդրել ցուցադրած սխալ քարտեզի համար։ «28 րոպե» շոուի հաղորդավար Էլիզաբեթ Քուինն ասել է, որ հաղորդաշարի անձնակազմը ցանկանում է ներողություն խնդրել հատկապես հայ ընկերներից` սխալ քարտեզի համար, որը ցուցադրել են Թուրքիայի վերաբերյալ բանավեճի ժամանակ:

Թուրքիայում իրադարձությունների վերաբերյալ հեռուստաալիքի քննարկման ժամանակ եթերում ցուցադրվել էր քարտեզ, որտեղ Հայաստանն անհետացել էր հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի։ «28 րոպե» հաղորդաշարը ցանկանում է ներողություն խնդրել։ Մենք ներողություն ենք խնդրում մեր հայ ընկերներից սխալ քարտեզի համար, որը երեկ ցուցադրել ենք Թուրքիայի վերաբերյալ բանավեճի ժամանակ: Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում ձեր ներողամտության համար, սա ափսոսանքի արժանի սխալ է, որը բոլորովին ակամա է ստացվել»,–ասել է Էլիզաբեթ Քուինը։

Հեռուստաալիքը ավանդաբար աչքի է ընկել հայամետ դիրքորոշումներով, մշտապես հարցազրույցներ կամ ռեպորտաժներ ցուցադրել՝ ներկայացնելով հայկական կողմի իրավացիությունը, խոսել է Արցախից տեհանվածների իրավունքների մասին։ Le Figaro հանդեսի փոխտնօրեն Ժան-Քրիստոֆ Բյուիսոնը չի հավատում, որ դա միտումնավոր է եղել «28 րոպե»-ի, Arte France-ի կամ ադրբեջանական հեռուստալոբբիի գործողությունների արդյունքում։ «Բայց այդ սխալը շատ ցավալի է աչքերի և սրտի համար. Հայաստանը պարզապես ջնջված էր Կովկասի քարտեզից։ Էրդողանի և Ալիևի երազանքը...»,- գրել է Բյուիսոնը։

Ուշագրավն այս ամենում ՀՀ գործող իշխանությունների, իշխանությանը սպասարկող մամուլի ու փորձագետների արձագանքն էր։ Երկար ժամանակ համոզում էին, թե նման բան ֆրանս-գերմանական ալիքի եթերում չի եղել, իսկ աղմուկ բարձրացնողներին ռուսական կամ, նույնիսկ, ադրբեջանական լրտես էին անվանում, իսկ ARTE հեռուստաալիքի ներողությունից հետո «բարեհաջող» սկսվել են։ Այս մեկ դրվագը վկայում է, թե որքան զգայուն է ՀՀ բնակչությունը տարատեսակ ապատեղեկատվությունների, սթրեսային իրավիճակների դեմ-հանդիման, իսկ իշխանությունները բարոյահոգեբանական վիճակը բարելավելու փոխարեն իրենք են փորձում սթրեսի ենթարկել բնակչությանը՝ ավելի հեշտ կառավարելու համար։
