ԱրարատԲանկ․ հաղթանակը մեկն է՝ ապաքինված երեխայի ժպիտը

Երեխաների առողջ ապագան մեր ձեռքերում է՝ այս կարգախոսի ներքո էին հավաքվել ԱրարատԲանկի, ֆինանսական և ՏՏ ոլորտի այլ ինտելեկտուալ թիմեր՝ աջակցելու «Սիթի օֆ Սմայլ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի շահառու երեխաներին։ Սա, թերևս, այն եզակի դեպքերից է, երբ նպատակը մրցակցությունից դուրս է և հաղթանակը մեկն է՝ ապաքինված երեխայի ժպիտը։ 

«Ի՞նչ, որտե՞ղ, ե՞րբ» ինտելեկտուալ խաղի 2025թ․ բարեգործական առաջնության մասնակիցները միավորվել էին` աջակցելու քաղցկեղը հաղթահարող փոքրիկներին։  

«Խաղի նպատակն ու միջոցների ներդրման ուղղությունն արդարացնում է յուրաքանչյուրի մասնակցությունը, որովհետև այդ ամենն ուղղված է ամենակարևոր նպատակին՝ կյանքեր փրկելուն»,- ԱրարատԲանկի թիմի ավագ, CRM խմբի ղեկավար Անուշիկ Դոլինյանը նշեց, որ բանկի թիմը երիտասարդ, սակայն արժանի մրցակից է ոլորտում բավականին մեծ փորձառություն ունեցող մրցակիցների համար։ 

«Բանկի մի շարք ստորաբաժանումներում ֆինանսական կրթությունը և մտածողությունը կարևոր նախապայման են, սակայն ուրախ եմ, որ մեր թիմում ընդգրկված են մարդիկ, որոնք մեծ տեղ են տալիս ինքնազարգացմանը՝ շախմատ, պատմություն, արվեստ։ Ուրախ եմ, որ այս անգամ թիմին միացավ բանկի Խորհրդի անդամ Արա Չալաբյանը, վստահ եմ՝ նրա ներկայությունը ոգևորեց թիմի անդամներին, և խաղն անցավ առանձնակի լավ մթնոլորտում։ Բանկում շատ են այն աշխատակիցները, որոնք այս կամ այն հանգամանքի բերումով չեն ընդգրկվել թիմում, սակայն ունեն մեծ ներուժ, տարբեր հետաքրքրություններ, այս առումով բանկի ինտելեկտուալ ռեսուրսը շատ մեծ է»,- վստահ է Անուշիկ Դոլինյանը։

Հենց այդ ներուժն է օգնում կոտրել կարծրատիպերը և կյանքի կոչել կարևոր, հետաքրքիր ծրագրեր։ «Սիթի օֆ Սմայլ» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի նախաձեռնությանը միանալը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում է ԱրարատԲանկի նվիրվածությունը կորպորատիվ սոցիալական պատասխանատվության ծրագրերին։ Հիմնադրամի հետ համագործակցության շրջանակներում 2022 թվականից ի վեր՝ երեխաների բուժման և ապաքինման գործում ԱրարատԲանկի ներդրումը կազմել է շուրջ 20 մլն դրամ։
