Ռուսաստանում էլ են ուշադրությամբ հետևում Գյումրու ընտրություններին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«ԵՄ-ին ՀՀ-ի անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին» օրենքի նախագծի առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունումից հետո ակտիվ տեղեկություններ էին շրջանառվում, թե «Նաջարյանը փոշմանել է», այսինքն՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ցանկություն ունի հետ կանգնել հանրաքվեի գնալու որոշումից: Սակայն երեկ Ազգային ժողովի եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստին երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկվեց և հանձնաժողովի անդամների դրական եզրակացությունը ստացավ «ԵՄին ՀՀ-ի անդամակցելու գործընթացի մեկնարկի մասին» նախագիծը, և այն կընդգրկվի ԱԺ լիագումար նիստի օրակարգ: Այդուամենայնիվ, ինչպես նշում են ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրները, սա դեռևս չի նշանակում, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի նշյալ մոտեցման մեջ փոփոխություններ են եղել: Հնարավոր է, որ այս «միջանկյալ լուծումը» կապված լինի Գյումրու ընտրությունների հետ:

Ուշագրավ է, որ անցած մի քանի օրերին Գյումրիում «ընդդիմությունից ավելի ընդդիմություն» կեցվածք էր ընդունել «Եվրադաշինքը», որի մաս կազմող ուժերը փաստացի նշյալ նախաձեռնության հեղինակներն են: Իհարկե, կա կարծիք, որ նրանք պարզապես ընդդիմություն են «խաղում»՝ հետագայում ՔՊ-ին օգնելու՝ վերցնել իշխանությունը Գյումրիում: Այս տեսակետը զարմանալի չէ և նույնիսկ տրամաբանական է՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ այս դաշինքում ակնհայտորեն իշխանությանը սատարող ուժեր են: Սակայն հետաքրքիր է, որ նախօրեին դաշինքի քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն հայտարարեց, թե որևէ մեկի հետ չեն «կոալիցվելու»: Մեր տեղեկություններով, սա նույնիսկ քպականների համար է անակնկալ եղել: Գյումրիում խոսում են, որ նշյալ դաշինքը որոշակի նեղացածություն ունի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից, իրապես կան անհամաձայնություններ, այդ թվում՝ կապված նշյալ օրինագծի հեռանկարի (հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությունը դեռ օրենքի ընդունում չէ, առավել ևս՝ դեռ հանրաքվե չէ), դաշինքի անդամ կուսակցությունների ղեկավարներից մեկին փոխվարչապետ նշանակելու թեմայի «սառեցման», ինչպես նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերջին շրջանի «ռուսական ռևերանսների» հետ:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի այդ «ռևերանսները» առանձնապես, մեղմ ասած, չեն տպավորել Ռուսաստանում, որտեղ նույնիսկ քմծիծաղով են վերաբերվում այդ «տատանումներին»: Ավելին, ՌԴ մեր աղբյուրները փոխանցում են, որ Ռուսաստանում բավական մեծ ուշադրությամբ են հետևում Գյումրու ընտրություններին, որքան էլ դրանք զուտ ՏԻՄ ընտրություններ են: Դրանց արդյունքները կարող են Մոսկվայի կողմից քայլերի ու մոտեցումների որոշակի «խմբագրման» կամ ձևավորման համար որոշակի «լակմուսի թուղթ» դառնալ:
