«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մայրաքաղաքից բացի կոնյակների հանդեպ սիրով են վարակվել նաև մեր մարզերի համայնքապետարանները: Մեր նախորդ հրապարակումներում բյուջեի հաշվին կոնյակներ գնելու դեպքեր ևս արձանագրել էինք: Այս անգամ հերթը Մեղրիինն է:

Մեղրիի համայնքապետարանը 2017 թ. գնումների փոփոխված պլան է ներկայացրել, որտեղ ի թիվս այլ ծախսերի, ընդգծել են կարմիր և սպիտակ գինիների, ինչպես նաև՝ կոնյակների անհրաժեշտության մասին:

Այսպես՝ գնման ԲԸԱՀ ընթացակարգով Մեղրիի քաղաքապետարանը 10 շիշ կարմիր գինի ձեռք բերելու համար բյուջեից 21000 ՀՀ դրամ կծախսի: 15 շիշ սպիտակ գինի գնելու համար էլ կծախսի 31500 ՀՀ դրամ:

Ծախսելով 131000 ՀՀ դրամ՝ քաղաքապետարանը 5 տարի հնեցման 10 շիշ կոնյակ կգնի:

Իսկ 10 տարի հնեցման կոնյակ գնելու համար բյուջեից կծախսվի 278400 ՀՀ դրամ: Ընդհանուր հաշվով՝ քաղաքապետարանը խմիչք ձեռք բերելու համար կծախսի 461000 ՀՀ դրամ՝ գրեթե կես միլիոն դրամ:
