Վերսալյան թոկ Հայաստանի վզին. Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
 
Առաջին համաշխարհային պատերազմի ավարտից հետո հաղթանակած արևմտյան տերությունները պարտված երկրների հետ կնքեցին մի շարք պայմանագրեր, որոնցից յուրաքանչյուրը բավականին կոշտ պայմաններով: Այս պայմանագրերը Կենտրոնական տերություններին (Գերմանիան և Ավստրո-Հունգարիան, ինչպես նաև Օսմանյան Թուրքիան և Բուլղարիան) զրկեցին զգալի տարածքներից և զգալի փոխհատուցման վճարներ պարտադրեցին նրանց։

Ընդհանուր առմամբ Գերմանիան կորցնում էր իր տարածքի 1/8 մասը և իր բնակչության 1/12 մասը, դաշնակիցներին էին անցնում գերմանական բոլոր գաղութները։ Բանակը չպետք է գերազանցի 100 հազարը, սուզանավեր ու օդային ունենալը Գերմանիային արգելվում էր։
 
Մինչև 1921 թվականի մայիսի 1-ը Գերմանիան պարտավորվում է վճարել դաշնակիցներին 20 միլլիարդ մարկ ոսկով։ 10 տարվա ընթացքում նա պարտավորվում է տրամադրել Ֆրանսիային 140 միլլիոն տոննա քարածուխ, 80 միլլիոն տոննա՝ Բելգիային, 77 միլլիոն տոննա՝ Իտալիային։ Գերմանիան հրաժարվում էր իր սեփականություններից և իրավունքներից Չինաստանում, Սիամում, Լիբերիայում, Մարոկկոյում, Եգիպտոսում։ Նա պարտավորվում էր հրաժարվել Բրեստ-Լիտովսկի և Բուխարեստի պայմանագրերից։
Խաղաղության պայմանագրի պայմանները վերանայելու և դրանցից հրաժարվելու փորձերը դարձան պարտված երկրների արտաքին քաղաքականության առանցքային տարրը և դարձան ապակայունացնող տարր միջազգային քաղաքականության մեջ: Օրինակ, պատերազմ սկսելու մեղքի մասին հոդվածը, պարտադրված փոխհատուցման վճարները և Գերմանիայի սպառազինության սահմանափակումները հատկապես ճնշող էին գերմանացիների մեծ մասի մտքում։ Վերսալի պայմանագրի վերանայումը քաղաքական հարթակներից մեկն էր, որը Գերմանիայում արմատական աջակողմյան կուսակցությունների հեղինակության ամբիոն դարձավ։
 
Ինչու ենք այսօր հիշել վերսալյան համակարգը ?: Որովհետև ՀՀ քաղաքական երկնակամարում հայտնվել է մի սուբյեկտ, ով պատրաստվում է մի Վերսալ էլ հայ ժողովրդի վզին փաթաթել։ Չի հաջողելու եվ դրա հեռացմանը հաջորդելու է դրա կնքած, հեղինակած բոլոր հրամանների, օրենքների, պայմանագրերի առկախումը եվ անօրինական ճանաչումը։
