«Ժամանակ». Ծառուկյանը Սերժ Սարգսյանին պետք է 2018-ից հետո ՀՀԿ-ի սանձերը ձգելու համար

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.

«Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը դեկտեմբերի 27-ին պարգեւներ են հանձնել Հայաստանի լավագույն մարզիկներին, 2016 թվականին աչքի ընկած չեմպիոններին եւ մեդալակիրներին, այդ թվում՝ Ռիոյի ամառային օլիմպիադայի, որոնց Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Ծառուկյանը կրկին միասին էին երկրպագում Բրազիլիայում:

2015 թվականի փետրվարից հետո, երբ հնչեց Ծառուկյանի քաղաքականությունից հեռանալու, քաղաքականության մեջ չարիք լինելու մասին հայտնի ելույթը, Սերժ Սարգսյանն ու Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կարծես թե դարձել են անբաժան տանդեմ: Այդ պարագայում այլեւս անկարեւոր է դառնում այն, թե որտեղ է Ծառուկյանը, այսպես ասած՝ քաղաքականության մեջ, թե դրանից դուրս: Եվ այս իմաստով էլ ակնհայտ է, որ Ծառուկյանի վերադարձի խնդիրը զուտ տեխնիկական խնդիր է եւ խոսքը կարող է վերաբերել ընդամենը նրա քաղաքական կարգավիճակի որոշմանը, թե որտեղ է նա լինելու քաղաքականության մեջ խորհրդարանական ընտրապայքարի ընթացքում: Մի բան ակնհայտ է, որ նա լինելու է Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողքին: Սակայն, սա իհարկե ոչ միայն չի մարում կամ ձեւականացնում ինտրիգը, այլ ըստ էության ավելի է խորացնում այն, որովհետեւ լինել Սերժ Սարգսյանի կողքին, ամենեւին չի նշանակում լինել ՀՀԿ-ի կողքին: Եվ այս տեսանկյունից, երբ հայտարարվում է, որ Ծառուկյանը քաղաքականություն «վերադառնալու» է ընդդիմադիր կարգավիճակով, ապա նկատի է առնվում, թերեւս, ոչ թե ընդդիմությունը Սերժ Սարգսյանին, այլ ընդդիմությունը ՀՀԿ-ին:

Ի տարբերություն մինչեւ 2015 թվականը եղած իրավիճակի, ներկայիս իրավիճակում Ծառուկյանն իր քաղաքական կարգավիճակով լինելու է բուֆեր ոչ թե Սերժ Սարգսյանի եւ հասարակության, այլ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եւ ՀՀԿ-ի միջեւ: Սարգսյանը դրել է խնդիր էապես վերանայել ՀՀԿ-ում առկա ուժերի հարաբերակցությունը եւ կուսակցությունն իր համար դարձնել առավել կառավարելի, առավել նվազ կոմպրոմիսներ պահանջող: Եթե Սերժ Սարգսյանը նախագահի պաշտոնը թողնելուց հետո բավարարվի ընդամենը ՀՀԿ նախագահի կարգավիճակով, ապա նրան պետք է հենց այդպիսի կուսակցություն, քանի որ դե յուրե իշխանության լծակների կորուստը, անկասկած, զգալիորեն կարժեզրկի Սերժ Սարգսյանի բաժնետոմսերը ՀՀԿ-ում, ինչը կարող է բերել նաեւ կուսակցության ներսում նրա պահպանվող նախագահական դիրքերի, այնուհանդերձ, զգալի թուլացման: Դրա համար Սերժ Սարգսյանը պետք է փորձի քանդել ՀՀԿ-ի, այսպես ասած՝ ավանդական սխեմաները, դե յուրե իշխանական լծակներ չունենալու դեպքում կուսակցությունը առավելագույն արդյունավետությամբ կառավարելու համար:
Նոր սխեմաները անխուսափելիորեն պահանջելու են ադապտացիոն շրջան, որի ընթացքում Սերժ Սարգսյանը առնվազն կարող է շատ կարեւոր ժամանակ շահել: Այդ գործն անելու համար նրան պետք է թիկունք, որը թույլ կտա լինել այդ սխեմաները քանդելու գործում առավել համարձակ, մասնավորապես նախընտրական փուլում: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Սերժ Սարգսյանի համար կլինի այդ թիկունքը, հասարակության սոցիալական դժգոհության շանթարգելը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա Սերժ Սարգսյանին առավել անկախ լինել ՀՀԿ-ի ավանդական սխեմաներից եւ հետեւաբար նվազ ռիսկային դարձնել այդ սխեմաների ապամոնտաժման գործընթացը»:
