Աշտարակում ապօրինի թմրանյութ պահելու և օգտագործելու դեպքեր են հայտնաբերվել (տեսանյութ)

Համայնքային ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողները ստացել էին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն, որ Մուղնի 7-րդ թաղամասի բնակիչ 65-ամյա տղամարդը տանը և կից շինություններում ապօրինի պահում և օգտագործում է թմրանյութ: Հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:

Փետրվարի 27-ին, ժամը 18.45-ին, 65-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվեց և տեղափոխվեց Աշտարակի բաժին: Նա չժխտեց, որ տնամերձ հողամասում աճեցրել է կանեփ ու տանն ապօրինի պահում է թմրանյութ` անձամբ օգտագործելու համար:

Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում իրականացված խուզարկությամբ նրա տան օժանդակ շինությունում` գորգի տակ հայտնաբերվեց դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածով երկու փաթեթ:

Նմանատիպ մյուս տեղեկությունը Աշտարակի համայնքային ոստիկաններն իրացրին մարտի 6-ին: Այդ օրը, ժամը 9.15-ին, Ուշի գյուղի իր տան մոտ, թմրանյութ ապօրինի պահելու և օգտագործելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվեց և Աշտարակի համայնքային բաժին ներկայացվեց 48-ամյա մի տղամարդ: Նա ևս ընդունեց, որ տանն ունի թմրանյութ:
Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում կատարված զննության ընթացքում տղամարդը նկուղից ներկայացրեց մոտ ութ գրամ դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածով փաթեթ: Իսկ արդեն հաջորդ օրը կատարված խուզարկությամբ նրա տանը կից օժանդակ շինությունում հայտնաբերվեց արկղ` լցված 391 գրամ կանեփանման զանգվածով:

Թմրանյութ ապօրինի պահելու և օգտագործելու մասին հաջորդ տեղեկությունն իրացնելու նպատակով Աշտարակի համայնքային ոստիկանները կրկին մեկնեցին Մուղնի: Մարտի 13-ի առավոտյան, իր փաստացի բնակության վայրում, 68-ամյա տղամարդը ձերբակալվեց և տեղափոխվեց Համայնքային ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժին: Նրա անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվեց մոտ 20 գրամ դեղնականաչավուն զանգվածով փաթեթ:

Նա հայտնել է, թե հայտնաբերվածը կանեփ է, որն ինքն է մշակել ու պատրաստել` անձամբ օգտագործեու համար:

Այս դեպքում ևս նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, իսկ թմրամոլության դեմ ոստիկանության պայքարը շարունակվում է:
