17-ամյա տղա է մաhացած տեղափոխվել հիվանդանոց․ Shamshyan

Այսօր՝ մարտի 18-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունցել Լոռու մարզում։ Ժամը 14։00-ի սահմաններում «Սպիտակ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Սպիտակի բաժնում տեղեկություն է ստացվել, որ մահացած վիճակում իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել անչափահաս տղայի դի։

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության տեսուչի գլխավորությամբ։

Տեղում պարզվել է, որ մահացածը, ով մարմնի վրա ունեցել է դանակի մի քանի հարվածի հետք, Լոռու մարզի բնակիչ 17-ամյա Գրիշա Պ․-ն է։

Մինչ ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Լոռու մարզի քրեական վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ Խորեն Բարխոյանի և ոստիկանության Սպիտակի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ Սերգեյ Մալաքյանի գլխավորությամբ կպարզեին դեպքի վայրը, ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչները՝ վարչության պետ Սահակ Մկրտչյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Դավիթ Խազախեթյանի, Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնի պետ Արթուր Մնոյանի գլխավորությամբ պարզում են, որ մահացածին հիվանդանոց են տեղափոխել Սպիտակ քաղաքի Կամոյի փողոցի թիվ 24 հեսցեից, ժողովրդին հայտնի հին գերեզմանների մոտից։

Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Լոռու մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Կարեն Կուրեղյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Էդգար Պողոսյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության ավագ տեսուչ Արման Սուքիասյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տարածքը սահմանազատել են նույն վաշտի պարեկ Հովհաննես Մանուկյանը և կրտսեր պարեկ Դավիթ Թահմիզյանը։

Դեպքի վայր ժամանած քննիչները հայտնաբերել են այնտեղ արնանման հետքեր, դանակ և ունեն կասկածներ, որ այն հանցագործության գործիքն է։

Դեպքի փաստով Սպիտակի քննչական բաժնում սպանություն հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։

Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ քննիչների բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում կասկածյալը ներկայացել է իրավապահներին, ով նույնպես անչափահաս է։

Այն, որ Լոռու մարզում քրեական իրավիճակը չի հանդարտվում և շարունակում է մնալ լուրջ անհանգստություն տեղացիների համար, գաղտնիք չէ, իսկ մինչ երեկվանից  համացանցում անարգանքի սյունին են գամում Լոռու մարզի քրեական ոստիկաններին արցախցի երիտասարդին խոշտանգելու չեղած հանցագործությունը իր վրա վերցնելու համար, հերթական այս դեպքը ցնցել է ողջ Սպիտակը։ Քաղաքացիները իրենց դժգոհությունն էին հայտնում, որ տեղի ոստիկանությունը այլևս չի տիրապետում օպերատիվ իրավիճակին, իսկ քրեական ոստիկանությունն էլ չի կարողանում կամ չի փորձոմ և ցանկանում ակտիվ աշխատանքներ կատարել հանցագործություների կանխման ու բացահայտման ուղղությամբ և այն խնդիրը, որ Լոռու մարզը հավակնում է նորից դառնալ քրեական անվերահսկելի մարզ, պետք է մտահոգի ՀՀ ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանին։
