Մատվիենկոյի այցը Բաքու վերաբերմունք էր ՀՀ իշխանություններին

Ավանդաբար, երբ որևէ գերտերության կամ տարածաշրջանային տերության ներկայացուցիչ այց է կատարում այս կամ այն երկիր, հատկապես Հարավային Կովկաս, փորձում է պահպանել հավասարակշռությունը, օրինակ, եթե գալիս է Ադրբեջան, ապա նաև Հայաստանում է լինում և հակառակը։ Նշենք, որ օրերս հայտարարվեց, որ առաջիկայում Գերմանիայի նախագահն է գալու և լինելու է թե՛ Բաքվում, թե՛ Երևանում։ Նախկինում նաև Ռուսաստանի բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներն էին այդպես անում։ Եթե Սերգեյ Լավրովը գալիս էր Բաքու, ապա հետո գալիս էր նաև Երևան, իսկ Միացյալ Նահանգների ներկայացուցիչների բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների մասին չենք էլ խոսում։

Ուշագրավ է, որ այս օրերին Բաքվում է գտնվում ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի նախագահ Վալենտինա Մատվիենկոն, որն արդեն իսկ հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ, բավական ուշագրավ, կարևոր քննարկումներ ունեցել, ընդհուպ հայտարարել, թե Մոսկվայի և Բաքվի հարաբերություններում սառույցը հալչում է։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Մատվիենկոն Հայաստան չի գալու։ Դեռ շաբաթներ առաջ հայտարարվեց նրա այցի հնարավորության մասին, բայց նշվեց, որ այդ այցը, նախնական պայմանավորվածությամբ, տեղի կունենա միայն ամռան սկզբին։

Ըստ էության, Հայաստանը չկարողացավ օգտագործել Մոսկվայի և Բաքվի միջև առկա հարաբերությունների վատթարացման փուլը և վերականգնել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, իսկ նույն Մատվիենկոն հեռախոսազրույցներում Հայաստանին զգուշացրել է, որ որևէ դեմարշ ՀԱՊԿ-ի դեմ ընդունելու են նաև որպես դեմարշ ԵԱՏՄ-ի դեմ։ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին պարտադրում են անել տարբեր հայտարարություններ, միևնույն ժամանակ չփորձել իրենց համբերությունը։ Իսկ այս այցով, երբ ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի նախագահը լինում է Բաքվում և չի գալիս Հայաստան, ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչ վերաբերմունք ունի Ռուսաստանն ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունների նկատմամբ։
