Նելլի Քոչարյան. Առևտրի ֆինանսավորման ոլորտում բանկերը պետք է դառնան վստահելի գործընկերներ

Մարտի 13-14-ը Թբիլիսիում կայացել է «Navigating Trade Finance: Building Awareness for Accessibility» տարածաշրջանային համաժողովը: EBRD TFP, FCI և ICC Georgia-ի համատեղ տարածաշրջանային այս կարևոր միջոցառումը համախմբել էր ֆինանսական ոլորտի առաջատար մասնագետներին՝ մասնավոր հատվածի համար առևտրի ֆինանսավորման գործիքների հասանելիության բարելավման ուղիները քննարկելու նպատակով: 

Համաժողովին մասնակցել և «Current Barriers to Accessing Domestic and International Trade Finance» պանելային քննարկմանը Կոնվերս Բանկի փորձառությունն է ներկայացրել նաև Բանկի ֆինանսական հաստատությունների և միջազգային բանկային հարաբերությունների վարչության պետ Նելլի Քոչարյանը:

Իր ելույթում նա ներկայացրել է Հայաստանում առևտրի ֆինանսավորման ներկա վիճակը, առկա խոչընդոտները, անդրադարձել դրանց հաղթահարման ուղիներին: Հատկապես ընդգծել է, որ ներկայում, երբ արագ փոփոխվող աշխարհում ձևավորվում են մատակարարման նոր շղթաներ, տեղական բիզնեսի համար հրամայական է դառնում գործընկերային նոր հարաբերությունների ստեղծումը, արագ կողմնորոշվելու ունակությունն ու ճկունությունը:

«Գլոբալ առևտրի պայմանների փոփոխությունների ժամանակ ինչպես ողջ աշխարհում, այնպես էլ Հայաստանում բիզնեսը պետք է մանրակրկիտ գնահատի առևտրային ռիսկերը, դիվերսիֆիկացնի մատակարարման շղթաները՝ դիտարկելով նաև այլընտրանքային շուկաները: Այս համատեքստում մեծանում է բանկերի դերը, որոնք, դառնալով վստահելի գործընկեր, կարող են առաջարկել ռիսկերի մեղմման սմարթ լուծումներ»,- նշել է Նելլի Քոչարյանը: 

Բանկի Կորպորատիվ հաճախորդների ֆինանսավորման վարչության պետ Ժաննա Ավետիսյանը նույն միջոցառման շրջանակում մասնակցել է հարցազրույցի, որի նպատակն էր վեր հանել Հայաստանում ֆակտորինգի զարգացման հնարավորությունները և նախապայմանները: Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Կոնվերս Բանկն առաջարկում է բիզնեսի ֆինանսավորման ընդգրկուն գործիքակազմ՝ սկսած վարկերից, ֆակտորինգից ու ակրեդետիվներից մինչև ֆինանսավորման բարդ սխեմաներ: Բանկի կողմից ներկայում քայլեր են ձեռնարկվում լավագույն լուծումները և միջազգային փորձառությունը Հայաստանում ադապտացնելու, ֆակտորինգի ճանաչելիության բարձրացման և համապատասխանաբար պահանջարկի ավելացման ուղղությամբ»:

Առևտրի ֆինանսավորման խրախուսման տեսանկյունից Բանկի ներկայացուցիչները մատնանշել են փոխգործակցության և թվայնացման կարևորությունը, այդ թվում՝ թափանցիկությունը, ֆինանսավորման և ռիսկերի կառավարման ամուր մեխանիզմների ներդրումը, ինչը կարող է կարևոր հիմնասյուն դառնալ Հայաստանում բիզնեսի հետագա զարգացման համար:
