1000 անգամ ավելի հզոր, քան սովորականները. Ճապոնիան ստեղծել է առաջին տիտանային արևային մարտկոցը

Տոկիոյի համալսարանի գիտնականները ստեղծել են առաջին արևային մարտկոցը՝ օգտագործելով տիտանի երկօքսիդ (TiO2) և սելեն (Se), որը կարող է շատ ավելի շատ էլեկտրաէներգիա արտադրել, քան ավանդական սիլիցիումի վրա հիմնված վահանակները: Այս մասին գրել է Unión Rayo պորտալը, գրում է focus.ua–ն։

Նշվում է, որ տիտան-սելենային վահանակներն ավելի արդյունավետ են շնորհիվ առաջադեմ արտադրական գործընթացի, որը ճշգրտորեն վերահսկում է նյութերի փոխազդեցությունը: Հետազոտողները պարզել են, որ նվազեցնելով տելուրի բացասական ազդեցությունը սելենի կառուցվածքի վրա, բարելավվում է կպչունությունը TiO2 և Se շերտերի միջև, ինչը թույլ է տալիս բարձրացնել էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետությունը: Ենթադրվում է, որ տիտանային վահանակները կարող են 1000 անգամ ավելի հզոր լինել, քան սիլիցիումայինները:

Տիտանը չափազանց դիմացկուն և կոռոզիակայուն նյութ է, սակայն նրա բարձր արժեքը սահմանափակում է նրա օգտագործումը: Այդ առումով ուսումնասիրության կետերից մեկը նվիրված է եղել տիտանի արտադրության նոր մեթոդների մշակմանը, որոնք կնվազեցնեն դրա գինը։ Տիտանի արժեքի խնդիրը լուծելու համար գիտնականներն առաջարկել են օգտագործել իտրիումը՝ տիտանը մաքրելու համար: Ավանդական մեթոդները ներառում են բարձր ջերմաստիճան և թանկարժեք քիմիական գործընթացներ, սակայն այս նոր մոտեցումը հեշտացնում է արտադրությունը և կրճատում ծախսերը տիտանը դարձնելով շատ ավելի գործնական նյութ արևային մարտկոցների համար:

Իտրիում լինում է հանքանյութերում և օգտագործվում է ամեն ինչում՝ LED էկրաններից մինչև գերհաղորդիչներ: Այս դեպքում նրա արժեքը կայանում է նրանում, որ նա կարող է մաքրել տիտանը, նվազեցնելով ծախսերը և բարելավելով դրա օգտագործումն արևային էներգիայի ոլորտում:

Այնուամենայնիվ, իտրիումը վերջնական մշակված տիտանում թողնում է մանրադիտակային կեղտեր, ինչը կարող է նվազեցնել դրա ամրությունը: Որպեսզի այդ նյութը լայնածավալ օգտագործվի, հետազոտողները պետք է ճանապարհ գտնեն, որպեսզի այդ մնացորդները վերացնեն:

«Եթե նրանք կարողանան հաղթահարել այդ խոչընդոտը, ապա տիտանային հեղափոխությունը կարող է ընդմիշտ փոխել վերականգնվող էներգիայի արտադրությունը»,- նշել է հրատարակությունը։
