Մինչև դուք զբաղված էիք իբր «խաղաղության» պայմանագրի թեմայով, ՔՊ իշխանությունները 750 մլն դոլարով ավելացրեցին ՀՀ պետական պարտքը․ Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․
 
750 մլն դոլար !

Հարգելի հայրենակիցներ! Մինչև դուք զբաղված էիք իբր  «խաղաղության» պայմանագրի թեմայով, քպ իշխանությունները 750 մլն դոլարով ավելացրեցին ՀՀ պետական պարտքը։ Պարտքի այս խմբաքանակը այնպիսի գրավիչ է եղել կապիտալիստ ներդրողների համար, որ պահանջարկը կազմել է 2.6 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար։ Աշխարհի քարտեզի վրա քիչ երկրներ կան, որոնք դոլարային 7.1 տոկոսով վարկ են վերցնում։ Որպեսզի հասկանաք թէ ինչ կարգի տարօրինակ գին է , ընդամենը հիշեցնեմ որ մինչ այս գործարքը, Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտքի տոկոսադրույքը եղել է ոչ ավելի 3.5 տոկոսից։ Ինչ որ մեկը, ով սերտ կապեր ունի արտասահմանյան ֆինանսական խմբերի հետ ,իշխանափոխությունից հետո պետք է բացատրի թէ

1. Ինչո՞ ւ է 2.6 մլրդ պահանջարկ եղել մեր պարտատոմսերի նկատմամբ։

2. Ինչո՞ ւ է ինվեստորներին առաջարկվել 7.1 տոկոսային մակարդակ:

3. Ո՞ վ է շահագրգիռ, որ բյուջետային դեֆիցիտ եվ ազատ անկման մեջ գտնվող տնտեսություն ունեցող երկրի տրամադրի նման ռեսուրսներ նախընտրական տարում:

4. Ո՞ վ է այն երջանիկ աստղի տակ ծնված Լոնդոնի բորսայում գործող ֆինանսական բրոքերը, ում վստահում են ՀՀ ֆինանսական տիտանները։

2025թ. մարտի 5-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը միջազգային կապիտալի շուկայում տեղաբաշխեց 750 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ծավալով, 10 տարի մարման ժամկետով եվրապարտատոմսեր` 7.1% եկամտաբերությամբ:

Սա Հայաստանի կողմից միջազգային կապիտալի շուկայում եվրապարտատոմսերի հինգերորդ թողարկումն է:

Եվրապարտոմսերի թողարկումը նախատեսված է 2025 թվականի պետական բյուջեի մասին ՀՀ օրենքով, ներառված է 2025 թվականի փոխառությունների ծրագրում:

Եվրապարտոմսերի թողարկումից ստացված զուտ հասույթը կօգտագործվի պետական բյուջեի դեֆիցիտի ֆինանսավորման նպատակով:
