Փաշինյանի ասածը նշանակում է՝ «Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանն ինչ կասեն, դա էլ կանեմ․ ուզո՞ւմ են Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան՝ թող այդպես էլ լինի». Հովասափյան

Արմեն Հովասափյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Նախօրեին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, «իրական Հայաստանի» մասին իր ցնդաբանության շրջանակներում, հանդիպել էր իր մի խումբ «գաղափարակիցների» հետ և փորձում էր բացատրել, թե ինչ է այն իրենից ներկայացնում։ Այս քննարկման ընթացքում, անդրադառնալով Սահմանադրության փոփոխության հարցին, նա նշել է, որ «ՀՀ նոր Սահմանադրությունը կունենա տարածաշրջանային բովանդակություն»։

Եթե ավելի պարզ ասենք, սա նշանակում է մոտավորապես հետևյալը՝ «Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանն ինչ կասեն, դա էլ կանեմ։ Ուզո՞ւմ են Արևմտյան Ադրբեջան՝ թող այդպես էլ լինի»։

Սա Ալիևի կողմից տևական ժամանակ պարտադրվող և «խաղաղության պայմանագիր» կոչվող ղազագրի առանցքային տարրերից մեկն է. այն կետը, որի պատճառով մինչ օրս Ադրբեջանը ձգձգում է փաստաթղթի ստորագրումը։ Նիկոլը հրապարակավ հայտարարում է, որ ինքը պատրաստ է փոխել Սահմանադրությունը՝ անկախ դրա բովանդակությունից։

Ի դեպ, եթե հաշվի առնենք, թե ովքեր են այդ Սահմանադրություն կոչվող թուրանական դոկտրինի հեղինակները (Տիգրան Եգորյան, Դանիել Իոաննիսյան, Արթուր Սաքունց, Վահե Գրիգորյան և այլն), ապա կարելի է հանգիստ եզրակացնել, թե ինչ բովանդակություն այն կարող է ունենալ։

Փաստորեն, Նիկոլը բաց տեքստով ասում է, որ ինքը պատրաստ է մեր տարածաշրջանում որպես հիմնական խաղացող տեսնել Թուրքիային։ Այլ կերպ լինել չի կարող, քանի որ, երբ նա ասում է «Արևմուտքի հետ հարաբերություն, գործընկերություն, լոգիստիկա» և այլն, դա ուղղակիորեն վերաբերում է թյուրքական գործոնին։ Հարգելինե՛րս, եթե չգիտեք, ասեմ, որ այսօր Արևմուտքը մեր տարածաշրջանում գործում է Թուրքիայի միջոցով և ներկայացված է հենց նրա կողմից։ Ու երբ Նիկոլը նման բառեր է օգտագործում, նկատի ունի իր իսկական տերերին։ Ասեմ ավելին՝ այսօր Արևմուտքը Թուրքիային է պատկերացնում որպես Հարավային Կովկասի հարցերի հիմնական մենեջեր։ Ավելին, Նիկոլն իր խոսքում քանիցս շեշտել է, որ «Թուրքիային մենք ընկալում ենք Ադրբեջանի միջոցով, մենք պետք է ունենանք օրակարգ Թուրքիայի հետ»։ Ակնհայտ է, որ սա պարզապես քաղաքական ծխածածկույթ է, քանի որ ադրբեջանական օրակարգը թուրքականից ոչնչով չի տարբերվում (պանթյուրքիզմ լայթ)։

Ի դեպ, իր հակահայկական անբարո պահվածքով Նիկոլն ամեն ինչ արեց, որպեսզի Թուրքիան Հարավային Կովկասում դառնա ավելի ազդեցիկ և առանցքային գործոն, խառնվի ՀՀ-ին վերաբերող բոլոր հարցերին։ Նրա ախորժակն էլ հայտնի է բոլորիս՝ արդեն 120 տարի և ավելի։
