ԶՊՄԿ-ում նախատեսում են կառուցել նոր պոչատար խողովակաշար

Անցյալ շաբաթ լրատվամիջոցներում տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ ԶՊՄԿ-ն երկու հանրային լսում է նախաձեռնել, որոնք կայանալու են հաջորդ շաբաթ Քաջարանում։ Լսումները վերաբերում են ԶՊՄԿ-ի արդիականացմանն ուղղված զգալի փոփոխություներին։ Այսպես՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը նախատեսում է մասնակի շրջանառու ջրամատակարարման համակարգի վերակառուցում և Թիվ 1, 2 և 4 դյուկերային անցումներում նոր խողովակաշարի կառուցում և շրջակա միջավայրի վրա ազդեցության գնահատման հաշվետվությունների  ներկայացում։

Ինչո՞ւ են ԶՊՄԿ-ում նախատեսում կառուցել նոր  պոչատար խողովակաշար և ի՞նչ նոր մասնակի շրջանառու ջրամատակարարման համակարգի մասին է խոսքը։ Երեք տարի առաջ ԶՊՄԿ-ն հայտնեց պոչատար խողովակաշարի վրա տեղի ունեցած վթարի մասին։ Արդյո՞ք նոր պոչատար խողովակաշարի անհրաժեշտությունը պայմանավորված էր այդ միջադեպով։ Լսումների մասին մեր հարցերին ի պատասխան, ԶՊՄԿ լրատվական ծառայությունում առաջարկեցին զրուցել ընկերության կայուն զարգացման գծով տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանի հետ։

Արմեն Ստեփանյանը հաստատեց, որ պոչատար խողովակաշարերի մաշվածության պատճառով վթարների առաջացման ռիսկը բավական մեծ է, և դրանք հնարավոր վթարների կանխարգելման և դրանց հետ կապված ռիսկերի ավելի արդյունավետ կառավարման նպատակով որոշվել է կառուցել նոր պոչատար խողովակաշար, այլ ոչ թե իրականացնել հին խողովակաշարերի մասշտաբային վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ։

«Ներկայում ընկերությունը շահագործում է հիմնական խյուսատար խողովակաշար և 2 պահուստային խողովակաշարեր։ Ընկերությունը նախատեսում է կառուցել նոր պոչատար խողովակաշար դյուկերային անցումներում, որը կծառայի որպես հիմնական խյուսատար։ Այն կունենա արտահոսքի ռիսկից պաշտպանության լրացուցիչ բաղադրիչ։ Սա հենց այն համապարփակ բնապահպանական միջոցառումների և փոփոխությունների մասն է, որի մասին ազդարարել ենք»,– ասաց նա։

Ըստ Արմեն Ստեփանյանի, բնապահպանական ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիաներում ավելի զգալի ներդրում է նախագծով նախատեսվող մեկ այլ ծրագիր՝ մասնակի շրջանառու ջրամատակարարման համակարգը, որը նույնպես ներկայացվելու է հանրային լսմանը։

«Համակարգը թույլ կտա կրճատել թարմ տեխնիկական ջրի ծախսը, ապահովելով նաև պոչամբար մղվող պոչանքի ծավալի կրճատումը։ Փորձեմ առավել մատչելի բացատրել։ Պոչանքի ընդհանուր ծավալի 50%-ի խտացման արդյունքում զանգվածից առանձնացված ջուրը կօգտագործվի տեխնոլոգիական պրոցեսներում՝ նվազեցնելով թարմ տեխնիկական ջրի օգտագործումը 20-30%-ով։ Ընդ որում, կարևոր եմ համարում նշել, որ սա ամենաժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիայով կառուցվելիք համակարգ է, որը տեղադրվելու է ամբողջովին փակ շենքում՝ կահավորված աղմուկից և այլ կողմնակի ազդեցություններից  առավելագույն պաշտպանության համակարգերով»,– նշեց ԶՊՄԿ կայուն զարգացման գծով տնօրենը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ այս ներդրումը կարևոր է մի քանի առումով։

«Կոնկրետ այս ծրագիրը  մոտ 35 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար կապիտալ ծախս է ենթադրում։ Սակայն ինձ համար էականը մեր որդեգրած քաղաքականությունների շրջանակում այս նախագծի բնապահպանական, ջրային ռեսուրսների ռացիոնալ օգտագործման, կլիմայական փոփոխություններին ադապտացիայի,  արտադրական պրոցեսի արդիականացմանը, միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխանեցնելուն ուղղված ջանքերն են, որոնք, ինչպես և խոստացվել էր, իրականացվում են»,– նշեց Արմեն Ստեփանյանը։
